Me parece que ha uma segregação neste hotel. Sempre reparei que os nacionais ou africanos são colocados no piso 1 e os brancos nos pisos superior. Espero estar enganado.

Convenient hotel for short stay, connections.
Pros:

Is five minute walking to the ferry station from where I travelled to Santo Antão Island. Is located in city Center, couple yards from beach and essencial facilities nearby, restaurants, cafés, bank, ATMs, supermarkets, cultural centre, etc. The room was fairly clean and was quiet. Staff pleasant and accommodating.
