Hotel should not even be offered on booking

Cons:

Everything: no one at reception. Individual beds 80cm wide only. Room too small. Bed for baby not even installed. No one came to prepare the breakfast supposedly because of a road accident so we had to go to a nearby place and pay on our own. The person on the phone told us they will reimburse because breakfast was included in our booking but 10 days later no answer to our whatsapp, no reimbursement. We will contact the OMIC in Spain to request compensation because this is not acceptable The balcony with old wood was full of bird shit, see attached photo. Note added in proof: after contacting booking.com directly about the lack of reimbursement of the breakfast, the hotel reimbursed us within a few days. Thanks !

El soroll que fa el terra quan vas amb el calçat que sona més per ser de fusta i a segons quines hores desvetlla, però no es un inconvenient, forma part de l'encant de la Fonda.
