Die koolkast was kapot, de airco deed het nauwelijks, er zaten vlekken op het beddengoed, de vloer was vies en toen we vroegen voor bestek om iets op de kamer op te eten was er alleen plastic bestek in plaats van normale. Het bed was daarnaast ook nog eens veel te klein.

O hotel é muito bem localizado, fica bem no Centro Histórico de SP, a cerca de 200 metros do Bar Brahma. A região conta com policiamento ostensivo, tanto no período diurno quanto no noturno.

O café da manhã é simples, exatamente como descrito no anúncio: serviram três tipos de pão, ovos mexidos e salsicha, frios, frutas da estação, iogurte, café, leite e chá.

Cons:

A flexibilidade do serviço e a manutenção das instalações deixaram a desejar. A cozinha mostrou-se rígida ao negar um pedido de ovos fritos, limitando-se apenas aos itens expostos no buffet.

Além disso, o conforto do quarto foi comprometido: o ar-condicionado não refrigerava adequadamente e o sinal da TV caía constantemente. Por fim, o colchão estava excessivamente mole e velho, visivelmente necessitando de troca.
