La ubicación

Cons:

El check in es deficiente , el ingreso de los pasajeros es a las 15 hrs. Esperan puntualmente el momento indicado para iniciar el check in de todos los pasajeros que están a la espera. Arribé al hotel a las 15:05 , habían cuatros reservas esperando y solo un miembro del personal haciendo los check in. Finalmente me atendieron a las 15:45 , me asignaron habitación pero cuando llegué a ella , estaba siendo aseada por personal del hotel , no estaba lista. Finalmente logré entrar a una habitación a las 16 horas.
Quizás podría asignar al personal necesario para hacer expedito el check in en momento de alta demanda.

Los dos días pernoctados no los volvería hacer en este hotel.
Pros:

Me he alojado en el Ibis de Antofagasta, Iquique y Río de janeiro y en particular la atención es débil para los precios de este Ibis.

Cons:

Los pisco sour que nos tomamos en el bar, muy alejados de un psico de calidad, mucho limón, escaso pisco.
