Cons:

La recepcionista muy mala atención, cuando llegamos al hotel el jueves 4 de junio a las 4 am aprox. no alcanzamos ni a llegar a la recepción y la chica de lejo nos dijo ¿ ustedes tienen reserva que raro? nos acercamos, reviso si teniamos la reserva y salia rechazada, ya que ingrese yna tarjeta de debito, nos intento dar una habitación que tenia pero despues nos dijo que teniamos que cambiarnos a las 10 am, le dijimos que no que como nos vamos a estar cambiando con las cosas y practicamente nos tiro las cedulas de identidad diciendonos bueno aca el.wfi es gratis si quieren busquen algo pero de mala forma.

Tengo 3 años viajando a providencia, y el IBIS queda muy cerca de la escuela de canto de mi hijo, antes habia una atencion para reyes. Ahora hay una cantidad de jovencitos insolentes.

"LUJO EN LA TARIFA ..PERO NO EN LA ATENCION Y HOSPITALIDAD."
Pros:

Lo favorable es la ubicación del hotel...que fue la razón por la cual realicé la reserva.

Cons:

* La ropa de cama., con olor a cloro era demasiado fuerte .
* El lavamanos estaba tapado.
* No había toalla o papel Nova para el secado de manos.
* El dispensador de jabón para el lavado de manos estaba deteriorado.

As soon as I entered the hotel, the smell of rotten eggs shocked me. It lasted 2 days and at night was unbearable. I was scared. There are at least 15 employees at the lobby, but no one greets you. The front desk personnel were helpful. They have a taxi driver that you can use. This driver does not know how to get around. He got lost on my ride and instead of taking 20 minutes to get to my meeting, he drove around for an hour and a half. The cleanness of the room is bad. I mean, I saw hair on the floor when I arrived and were when I left.

La habitacion muy limpia al igual q lanropa de cama, la temperatura perfecta para dormir bien.La cama muy comoda y con la ropa de cama justa para la temperatura de la habitación.
El desayuno muy bueno variado y rico

La atencion de una de las camareras del desayuno con actitud muy displicente y mal educada .
Poca privacidad se escucha mucho las conversaciones de habitaciones contiguas.
