La habitación era pequeñísima, pero creo que se ajustaba al precio, el lugar muy central con un restaurante y servicio de comidas mas que aceptable. El desayuno bien y completo (bueno y original servicio de preparación de colaciones para los que debían salir muy temprano antes del horario de desayuno). El aseo adecuado.
El olor dentro del hotel, que no podía ser ocultado ni con perfume ambiental.
El personal en el lobby a la llegada a las 5 de la mañana con mala disposición (excepto el recepcionista), el check in fue lento y tedioso, indiqué que había enviado dos email para avisar la hora de arribo, pero nadie acusó recibo.
El personal de servicio tenía un ascensor propio, pero igual ocupaban los ascensores de los pasajeros.
