Má vontade dos funcionários, não liberam café da manhã antes das 5 horas e fazem confusão com o café para levar, um dia nos esqueceram e pegaram dois cafés que sobraram, outro dia deram o meu café para outra pessoa.
Teve um dia que não limparam o quarto.
Outra situação chata é que o restaurante do hotel possui 10% de desconto para hóspedes, mas eles não oferecem essa opção.
Não voltaria nesse hotel. A única coisa boa é a localização no bairro providência. De resto deixa a desejar.
