Pros:

La ubicación muy cerca de línea 1 del metro

Cons:

El personal 0 preocupación, mirando el celular en vez de atender bien a los huéspedes, no me ofrecieron ayuda al llegar en la noche, estábamos estacionados en el nivel -3 y el ascensor no funcionaba…. Debimos subir las maletas al piso 1 solos para recién poder tomar el ascensor a la habitación…. Ninguna explicación, ayuda ni disculpa….Mal

Las camas y sus almohadas no son cómodas, reservé una habitación para dos y un niño y no estaba lista la cama adicional, el pis estaba sucio.

MI ESTADIA POR SANTIAGO
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es excelente, lo que más destaco del lugar. No tomé el desayuno porque estuve en tours y no pasamos mucho tiempo en el hotel, pero la cama era grande y además había una cama auxiliar para mi hija. El personal nos dio toda la información que necesitábamos, de manera cordial y justa. A mi hija le encantó el agua del dispensador; si no la parábamos, ¡se tomaba toda ella sola jaja!

Cons:

Un detalle a mejorar: la botonera de uno de los ascensores no funcionaba, y no sabíamos en qué piso debíamos bajarnos, lo que nos confundió un poco.

Pros:

La habitación era bonita, la cama comoda y la luz perfecta, nada de ruidos molestos y buena atencion

Cons:

Habia un olor sumamente desagradable (a cañeria) que venia desde el piso -3, alli estacionamos nuestro auto y quedo totalmente impregnado de ese olor, eso daño un poco la experiencia
