交通の便はとてもいいです。付近にレストランが多く、中国語がある程度理解でき、アリペイ、ウィーチャットペイを準備していれば、快適に過ごせます

建物は古いが、清掃が行き届いている。
部屋の洗濯機には、乾燥機能がついている。

地下鉄2号線静安寺近くなので、二つあるどちらの空港からも便利。

Very good studio with a great view to the city. Clean, spacious andgooth shower. The mattress is hard (which is commun in Asia but not so much for westerns). The staff very nice and helpful. This area of town is very interesting and has a metro station about 7 min walking.
The building is easy to identify at distance.
We had a great stay and would repeat with no hesitation.

There was some blood on the bedsheets when we arrived. Trying to wipe it showed that it was not a stain but must have happened recently. The sheets got changed after contacting the reception but it was not a great start to the stay.

It would have been good if we were informed in advance that some sort of water tank maintenance was going to occur on the first day of our stay. There was no running water after 11pm which could have been an issue as we arrived quite late meaning it was a rush to get everyone in our group cleaned up after a long journey.

The room was pretty decently sized with plenty of space. It's located inside an apartment building with good restaurants opposite the front door. It's about a 5-10 minute walk to the station at Jing'An temple.

The staff were friendly enough and pretty helpful and for the price, it's acceptable. It's an alright place to stay but the blood on the bedsheet was really not a good look.

Nice central location in Jingan district. Close to Subway/Metro and shopping mall/foods.
Property is older and small size service apartments, mixed with individual business, offices, residential. Check the size and expectation. Apartment is clean and nice.
Lots of courier traffic within the lifts. Security guard does not speak english.
Rental property management is located at 1601. Fluent in english and very helpful. Communicate easily thru WeChat app for any room request.

Great place to stay for a family. With amenities like washing machine, drier rack, stove, full size fridge and microwave. Absolutely amazing area. Highly recommend this area for exploring Shanghai! 5min walk to a Major subway station. Lots of stores and restaurants around. Little outdated furniture and some occasional noise as it is a mixed use building with apartments and offices. Staff was beyond helpful! Great support in English in person and via WeChat.

It wasn’t easy to find, because outside the building we haven’t seen the name of the hotel. The ward was rude. But the hotel managment was helpful, kind. This hotel is near the metro, near the shopping area, there is a temple too.

隅々まで掃除がきちんとなされていました。
これまで同程度の予算の部屋に何か所か泊まりましたがそれはそれは酷いものです。そういうことが気になる人にはお勧めします。

チェックインは16階です。
サービスアパートメントなので本当にマンションの一室。
部屋は新しくはないが居室はきれいで、掃除も行き届いている。
シャワーの湯量は今いちだが許容範囲でした。
洗濯機があるので自分で洗濯しても良いし、洗濯機に放置しておくと清掃の人が洗ってくれる。
地下鉄駅まで5分くらいだが、駅前のデパートに行けば食事には不都合しないし、宿の周囲にもコンビニや食堂などの店はある。
キッチン付きでその気になれば軽い料理も出来る。
難点はエレベーター乗るのに少し時間がかかること。
値段と立地を考えれば総じて悪くないと思う。
短期の旅行ならホテルの方が満足度は高いはず。長期の出張などにおすすめ。

La posizione è ottima la struttura nel suo insieme un pò vecchia . Stanza pulita e dimensioni buone.

コストを考慮すれば十分な設備です。駅からもそれほど離れてないのも良い点です。強いて言えば、窓(室外側)に埃がついて曇っていたので、綺麗だともっと良かったです。
宿泊施設の感想とは関係ないのですが、Expediaのアプリで示されたホテルの地図の場所は間違ってませんか？チェックインの前に気が付いたので、問題ありませんでしたが。

非常に口コミが良かったのですがとにかく寒い。
暖房はありますが広い部屋に行き渡りません。ライトダウンとマフラーをして寝ました。
上海でこの値段なら仕方ないのかもしれません..
受付の人は英語が話せて親切です。駅（静安寺）から近いです。観光とショッピングエリアが
近くですがホテル周辺は非常に静かで環境は良いです。

Excellent staff, my bedroom heater was broken, staff brought another big heater for me. Would stay again

Very good apt, more clean than other I have rents.
Kitchen is simple but complete (with big refrigerator).
Location is very near Jing'an temple and subway (#2) JingAn temple.
also it is close to airport bus services.

The office people were very nice and helpful. One thing that needs improvement: the water pressure was very low for our room, #1606. They installed a small device to increase the pressure but when it was on, it was very noisy.

交通, 飲食都很方便, 鬧中取靜. 室內乾淨, 只浴室小了一點.
