Pros:

The hotel is considered one of two of the best hotels in Dong Ha. The staff were professional and a treat to deal with. I stayed here for three nights and enjoyed the location, nearby is the Dong Ha market and next to that is the Coop store (stocked with things I needed and they also have a Jolibees). I don't eat breakfast because of my health so I cannot comment on the included meal. My bathroom had a bathtub, flipflops are on offer, and I even had a ceramic tea pot with cups and saucers. For the total cost, I would gladly stay again. Oh, each night they leave a plate of fruit in each room. Never got to try the pool.

Saigon Dong Ha Hotel was a good stay in Dong Ha while I was traveling through for business for a couple of days. The staff was not fluent but did speak enough English to answer questions at check-in and assist with calling taxis, and were all friendly. The rooms are dated but clean and the bed and pillows were more comfortable than I was expecting at this price point. The hotel is a bit remote, but I did find it decently walkable to the nearby park and some nearby dining options.

Great view and wonderful staff
Pros:

Other than the bar and water escaping the bathtub, a great hotel for the price. The bar has seating two small for western posteriors and gin & tonics come with soda water instead of tonic. The reception staff is impressive. The room rate is unbelievable.

VERY nice staff but the place is an icebox. Only lukewarm water available at 4th floor room for 3 nighlts in spite of complaints and maintenance assistance/suggestion that I should run the hot tap for 10 times longer to get the hot water. Did so for 20 min but the hot water never arrived - gave up. Heat inadequate in room & staff with winter coats. Karaoke very loud & cig smoke finds way into non smoking rooms. Nice LOOKING place.

Excellent value for the price
Pros:

The hotel was mostly empty, so one of the restaurants was closed and the service at the other was slow. The room itself was wonderful and we stayed an extra day just to enjoy the comfort of it. The bay window seat overlooked the river and pool and gave the room a lot of natural light.

The weather in December was cold and wet so we did not get to enjoy the pool, but it did look great with the swim up bar.

Pros:

넓은 객실, 저렴한 가격, 편안한 침대와 깨끗한 침구류. 가성비 최고에요! 수영장도 매우 커요. 아침식사는 별로였고, 복도에 노래소리가 방까지들려서 신경 쓰였는데 밤 10시되니 꺼줘서 다행이었어요.

The hotel felt like an oasis. Dong Ha is a dusty highway town & isn't on most travellers must see lists, but it is a handy place to reach DMZ, tunnels etc. This hotel was extremely comfortable with great facilities. Bonus of having the market across the road.
