Absolutely wonderful hotel - a prefect way to relax and enjoy the beautiful mountains

The staff, facilities, service, cleanliness, activities - and free lift passes and bus access.

Cons:

Nothing to say here - it was prefect. We will be back to visit from Australia.

Pros:

Absolument fabuleux ! Un établissement incroyable, magnifique, du luxe qui n'écrase pas. On se sent bien ici, le. personnel est tes hospitalier, la suite romantique juste merveilleuse.
Un endroit pour faire épanouir son amours profiter d'un cocktail délicieux et d'une table remarquable.
L'espace spa avec ses piscines extérieures même en hiver, du bonheur !
Aucun défaut ! C'est un grand chelem de positif !

Skvělý výběr u snídaně, výborné večeř s výběrem, docházková vzdálenost k lanovce, velice ochotný personál.
Výborné spa a venkovní vyhřívaný bazén.

Cons:

Rozhodně doba úklidu - úklid po 14:00 není zrovna u 5* hotelu obvyklý...
Dále ne zcela funkční vytápění lyžařských bot v lyžařských skříńkách - boty byly vždy ráno i přes urgence nepříliš vysušené...

Das Personal war durchwegs sehr nett. Besonders Dario, der Kellner, hat seine Arbeit hervorragend gemacht – stets sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und mit einer angenehmen Portion Humor.

Cons:

Die Buffetauswahl zur Jause war ausgezeichnet. Am Abend wäre es jedoch schön, zusätzlich ein mehrgängiges Menü zur Auswahl zu haben, idealerweise ohne Buffet.
