O conforto da cama. Limpeza do quarto. Confecção do pequeno almoço. Entrada acolhedora e bem decorada.
É só ridículo indicarem no anúncio do hotel que têm piscinas, interior e exterior, quando a interior é no edifício ao lado e paga com um preço de 15€/ 30 minutos por pessoa, e a piscina exterior a 300 metros do hotel e que pode estar aberta ou não e o cliente só descobre no check-in.
A escolha do hotel baseou-se no facto de ter piscinas e na realidade as mesmas não existem.
Haver uma distinção para comidas sem lactose ou celíacas apenas para clientes do spa.

A localização, o quarto era bonito, a vista, rapidez de cumprimento de pedidos e o facto de ter termas.
Lençóis muito quentes para a época
A variedade da fruta e dos bolos foi boa. O atendimento foi muito bom.
O pequeno almoço tinha pouca variedade. O quarto não tinha chaleira e frigorífico, quando o outro tinha. O preço da garrafa de água de 1,5l de 5€ é demasiado elevado.

A localização é muito central, com vários restaurantes, mini mercados e cafés nas redondezas, e relativamente próximo dos pontos turísticos.
A piscina também é muito agradável, dentro do parque natural.
No geral a estadia foi muito boa :)
O estacionamento da rua principal é pago, de segunda a domingo. Embora o hotel tenha um parque privado, é um pouco distante do alojamento, principalmente se tiver de carregar bagagens.
