お風呂の換気扇が機能しておらず、壁やらトイレットペーパーが湿気、結露でびっしょりになります。そのためか部屋に入った瞬間、臭くて窓を開けずにはいられませんでした。
朝食の時間も6時45分からは遅すぎる。
おかずはプレートに数種類盛られていて、一人一皿。クオリティはかなり低い。あんな内容なら朝食なしにすればよかった。有料であれは酷すぎる。次泊まるなら素泊まりです。

静岡駅へも新静岡駅へも近く、交通の便が良かったです。
エレベーターが養生テープで囲まれていて旅行気分としてはあまり良い見た目ではなかったのがやや残念です。お部屋に冷蔵庫もなかった。

綺麗でした。
Pros:

建物はこじんまりした感じでしたが、お風呂も客室も綺麗でした。朝食はもうひと工夫かなぁ〜と思いましたが、じゅうぶんです。立地も良く不便なく快適でした。
