Enjoyable. Need of maintenance.
Pros:

Location. View. Services. Ease. Double Balcony. Walking distance to all things inner city.
24 hour store neat reception.

Cons:

Our room had no hot water. The shower was cold and had to boil jug to wash up.
Don't know what that was about and luckily summertime.
State of carpets. Too many spills and stained with who knows what. Very grotty and unappealing.
