A complete ripoff

I have sent an email about the problems I had with this property. I only liked the location

Cons:

The fact that the room was very well worn, the beds were very uncomfortable, the doona and spare blankets were stained, the pool was not in use and we couldn’t use our balcony, should have been told that before check in when travelling with children. The price we paid for this hotel was a joke. There were no spare toilet rolls in either of the bathroom when we were staying for 4 nights with 4 people?? The overall experience was very poor.

Dated, damaged lounge and torn curtains. Bodywash and handwash average. Pillow too high and firm.

Pros:

Location was amazing for me... I also liked that it had its own kitchen and normal size fridge. Staff were great.

Cons:

The room felt damp upon entry... Chromecast didn't work properly til the afternoon before I left, even after having a staff member help on the first night. I'm normally a big fan of Mantra hotels but this has kind of changed that.
