Pros:

Location is awesome. Sooo may pools. The hot tub was literally hot. nobody bothers you , very green.

Cons:

No restaurants on site. No musis at the pool area. We had to move to Miami for that. But in general very nice. Even if the room was ready in the morning, we were asked to pat $25 fee for that. So we agreed to wait until normal check in time.

The staff is very very rude and also the manager of the property was rude. , they were cursing and talking about me in the office and cancelled my reservation and believed a janky ugly attitude having staff member over me

Pros:

The picture of the suite was not accurate.
We did not have a full kitchen as expected. The air conditioner wasn't adequate to cool the room because it ran the entire time.
There was only one ice machine for 6 buildings and there was never any ice available.
The TV was so small at its distance from the bed we couldn't even use it.
We paid 10.00 a night to park and at this this time of the year it wasn't necessary.
We didn't realize there was plenty of free parking on the street very close.
The room was large. The bed was comfortable and the room had been renovated except for the jalousie windows did not close all the way and one was broken.

It was a great time staying at Winterset.
Pros:

The location was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Variety of pools to choose from. The room was clean and good size.

Cons:

Furniture is sparse. No side table by the couch or lamps etc. No where to put toiletries in washroom.

check in said any time after 3pm and no one was in the office when we got there at 5pm, we waited 30 minutes and then when we could finally get attended our room wasn’t ready they are understaffed and undercleaningstaff the front lady was nice not her fault and the cleaner as well but this is so unacceptable on top of that we have to pay to park at the property never again.

An amazing spot to relax and unwind!
Pros:

The number of pools around the property is amazing - which means you have a high chance of getting a pool to yourself. The landscaping is beautiful and truly makes it feel tropical.

Cons:

It would have been nice to have a few essentials in the kitchen such as: dish soap, sponge, hand towel, salt and pepper, etc.

Great Spring Getaway
Pros:

I enjoyed the variety of pools and the location.
I was close to the beach and many restaurants. Benny in the front office was very helpful.
