not far from beach only this was ok.
but I DID NOT get room I was asking for 1 month ahead of time -- did not inform me that it won't be possible to reserve for me

front desk not available and cannot communicate easily with
rooms not in a good condition - smelly and old
---maybe good for seasonal workers or somebody to stop and have room for 1- 2 nights if nothing else is available around.

Pros:

Pretty grounds. The place is a complex of several mini hotels over several blocks in the area. You can use the pool at any of the various locations. They could use some extra help at the checkin desk, but the staff was very nice. Room is definitely basic, so its a little pricey for what you get, but its just hard to find and pay a reasonable price in this area!

The property is peaceful, clean and nicely maintained, and their staff -- specifically the overnight, front desk agent, Alvaro -- is great! His customer service is top noch and he should be recognized for it.

We really enjoyed the hot tub! Marty at the front desk was very helpful. We had a plumbing issue in our room and he addressed it promptly. The staff also made sure that we had clean towels everyday

Your typical beachside hotel. Nothing extravagant but thats exactly what we were looking for!! Quiet, a couple blocks from the beach, clean room, landscaping on property is well taken care of. Perfect for our "staycation"
