Bathroom and specially bath tub were not clean, stayed for two days, bedsheets and pillow covers were not changed on next day. bathroom itineraries were not refilled or provided on next day such as towels, shampoo , body wash. bathtub shampoo and body-wash shampoo were not available near bathtub. no convenience to use bathtub.


swim suite instructions were not provided at the time of booking or checkin. come to know only when went for swim. My be youDeccan sarai did not enforce for swim suite but if you have strict rules then it should be revealed at time of booking or during check in.

I would strongly advise families and travelers to think carefully before booking this property.

During my stay at Radisson Blu Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, multiple hotel staff members entered our OCCUPIED room WITHOUT permission or consent while my wife and children were alone inside.

❌ No prior intimation
❌ No authorization
❌ No concern for guest privacy or safety

My wife was left shocked, frightened, and mentally disturbed by the incident.

For me, the most alarming part is this:
👉 If hotel staff can casually enter an occupied guest room while a guest’s family is inside, what exactly are the hotel’s security and privacy standards?

📩 I formally escalated the matter to hotel and corporate management. However, instead of meaningfully addressing how such unauthorized room access was allowed to happen, the response largely relied on “record retention limitations” due to the time gap.

That response was deeply disappointing for an issue involving family safety and guest privacy.

A reputed hotel is expected to provide:
✔️ Safety
✔️ Privacy
✔️ Accountability
✔️ Professional conduct

Unfortunately, my experience raised serious concerns on all four.

⚠️ If you are traveling with family, women, or children, please do not take room privacy and security lightly before choosing this property.

Had a wonderful stay at Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel Hyderabad Banjara Hills. The hotel was beautifully maintained, the rooms were comfortable, and the overall hospitality was excellent. The location is also very convenient and perfect for both business and family stays.

A special thanks to Bimla & Eniya for their exceptional support and warm hospitality throughout our stay. Their professionalism, politeness, and attention to detail truly made our experience even more memorable. Staff members like them are a great asset to the hotel.

Highly recommended, and I would definitely love to stay here again!
