Pros:

All good with the hotel, big room, professional staff, nice pool.

Cons:

The room had a slight smell. Also don't book in advance, since rates on the night were much cheaper than when booking a month ahead.

The staff was very friendly especially the one who helps with the car valet .
Pros:

It is well maintained property.

Cons:

There needs to be improvement in air conditioning. The room which they given to me initially there was a problem in room air conditioning, but later they helped me to shit the room which has better air conditioning than the initial one. Overall if the air conditioning was better then I would be completely satisfied .

A holiday that could have been much better
Pros:

I liked the spacious room. It was comfortable for me and my family. Most of the staff were pleasant and courteous and were genuinely helpful as well.

Cons:

I did not like the fact that at the bakery Blu Cafe, repeated mistakes were made with the billing. The restaurant manager Mr Saket and the girl at the bakery Ms Lisa seemed to think that we were an inconvenience more than anything. I don't understand how a hotel such as Radisson has staff behaving as if they were working at a two-star hotel. You see what sets apart good hospitality is not the stars that are already to your credit but whether the staff treat the customers deserving of that five-star rating. Radisson Blu Hyderabad falls well short of it. The repeated incidents at the Blu Cafe and the indifference with which our angst was met with by the restaurant manager left a really bad taste. What would have otherwise been a great holiday was marred by their less than desirable attitude. Please remember we are paying a hefty bill to stay in your hotel and you are not giving us anything for free. Your customers deserve more respect and for heaven's sake get your billing right.

Besides the above, there could have been better variety at the breakfast buffet. Day on day the same dishes were served for guests. It lacked variety and originality.
