My suitcase lock was taken by room service staff. It was a unique samsonite combination lock. When addressed with staff,

Disappointed with the customer service, room odour and swimming pool being closed.

The dining lounge and staff!

Cons:

The pool is was closed for renovations. This is as not advertised at time of booking. There was not discount provided. The rooms had a bad odour when you entered. We left our room for dinner and when we came back, my suitcase lock disappeared. I informed management, but they did nothing to remediate or offer a new lock. I was a returning customer. I will not be staying at this location again.

Bien mais quelques point à améliorer pour un Hotel Radisson Blu
Pros:

Chambre spacieuse, deux télévisions dans la chambre, minibar complet (vodka, whisky, Pringles, boissons, etc.).
Personnel du bar très respectueux et sympa (la personne portant des lunettes).
Staff sécurité à l'entrée de l'hôtel très respectueux.

Cons:

Très mauvaise isolation sonore (bruits entendus tous les jours pendant la nuit, de la chambre voisine et du dessus).
Emplacement de l'hotel ( batiment et rue à la sortie de l'hotel )
Problème avec les horaires communiqués sur les restaurants via leur lien WhatsApp.
Problème d'« in-room dining ». Personne ne m'a répondu à 2 h du matin, pourtant le service est censé être disponible 24 h/24 selon réception.
Chambre un peu poussiéreuse, beaucoup de bricolage niveau peinture sur les murs et le plafond de ma chambre pourtant chambre Suite choisie.

Radisson Blu plaza hotel hyderabad banjara hills it's a really awesome for stay. Housekeeping staff is too good. Biswanath Das is very honest . Always maintain hairnet, and cleaning is so perfect. Room is really smail free.

Lacks hospitality and prompt service
Pros:

The breakfast was good and rooms are kept clean. However the service from staff was disappointing. Reception desk staff can do lot better with assistance to travellers check-in and check-out.
