Overall good but there are some improvements to the housekeeping staff.
Pros:

the spread in Dinner and Breakfast was really good.

Cons:

The in room service can be improved.
1 - the cleaning staff kept the same spoons after cleaning the room.
2 - the on call staff was always unable to cater to the requests. There were 3 of us who traveled and needed 3 items majority of the time like towels but the staff came back with 2 of them always.
3 - If the above can be improved, then the overall experience of the hotel could be improved.

Mixed Experience with Significant Service Concerns
Pros:

The room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped, and the gym was pleasant, although there were no staff present. Breakfast was very basic and the service was not at the level expected. There were also several issues during my stay, including problems at check‑out and payment complications that the hotel refused to resolve with our agent. Additionally, some interactions felt neither respectful nor customer‑focused. Overall, these experiences significantly affected my stay in a negative way and will not return.

Pros:

My stay at Radisson was extremely comfortable and enjoyable. The overall experience was smooth, with well-maintained rooms and a relaxing ambiance.

A special mention to Mamata, who was exceptionally kind, attentive, and always ready to help.
