Had a wonderful time. Staff was fantastic: Barbara and Nozare at the spa, Mallon, Evelyn and Calyeu provided great service and Samuel, Paulo, Rafael and Savilo were extremely gracious and hospitable. Highly recommended!
If you stay at this "resort", know that ther are 2 different sections: comfort and superior and when you book online, you don't know which one you'll get. If you are unfortunate enough to be comfort, you'll get a room with greem mold all over the room and bathrooms, rusted fixtures, no comforter, it'll take an hour to get a taxi, and the staff will act like this is perfectly normal with the response "It's not our fault!" If you ask for a manager, they won't respond.
Had a great experience at the hotel and especially during my massage with Nazaré she was super nice and had great technique, felt very relaxed!
Facilities outstanding, staff all very friendly and helpful and the food choices at breakfast and dinner buffet were very good. We had an a la carte meal one lunchtime and this was excellent. Would definitely visit again.
Eco Cataratas was a wonderful hotel..centrally located near all the tourist Hotspots and the vibe was really great.. The 2 pools were so nice and the jacuzzi (hot tub) was a lovely end to a great day. The service was brilliant and staff totally friendly and helpful.

I had a massage done by Nazare and it was an hour well spent. I left the spa feeling relax and stress free. The experience was well worth it.
Very nice staff
I upgraded the room. Big mistake, first hotel never to give complementary water in room. Shower was faulty and flooded bathroom, was ‘ fixed’ but every time someone has a shower the water came through the wall into bedroom/hall way, through switches. I told the staff many times, one just laughed at me?! I don’t understand how they thought water coming through otherside of shower wall was acceptable.
Breakfast was good, buffet dinner nice. Monday only choice is buffet dinner, Ubers easy to get to go to different restaurants.
Nice foyer, pool (though it was closed 3/4 days we were there) though looked nice. Steam room was good.

I had a very good, relaxing massage and facial at SPA Arasé at Eco Cataratas Resort with Nazaré. She was professional, kind, the environment was peaceful and clean, and the entire experience was rejuvenating. I highly recommend the SPA services by Nazaré at SPA Árase!
Alan Modesto was ansolutely wonderful. He was super attentive to every detail, checking in often without ever being intrusive. On top of that, he was very respectful, which made the dining experience feel extra comfortable and enjoyable. Truly excellent service from start to finish!
I had a great experience at this hotel. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, perfect for a good night’s rest. There were plenty of entertainment options to keep us busy throughout the day, and the food was absolutely delicious, with a variety of choices to suit every taste. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Overall, a fantastic stay, I’d definitely come back!
Nice resort with many pools available and very close to the airport. Comfort rooms are a bit outdated, it would be better to opt for the superior rooms. I enjoyed the sushi restaurant and the gaming room.
Julio, Danilo, and Samuel at Bar Piquiri are so sweet and they make the best drinks! You can drink them right by the pool too! Love my time here:)
Pools are big and with an amazing view. Hotel is very close to falls and buffet is great
clean, good food, close to the airport.
The stay was great. The breakfast at this location is wonderful. The staff moved us without issue when out adjoining room neighbors were loud. Everyone was very friendly and the grounds were beautiful. The sink did end up leaking and backing up a bit but that wasn't the biggest deal.
