The location is okay if you drive by the car. Just consider that the promised dedicated parking is busy and you need to leave the car on the street.

Cons:

This was one of the rare occasions when I was genuinely disappointed with a hotel. I travel to Cyprus regularly, and this was one of my worst hotel experiences.
I checked in at around 9 pm, and the first thing I was told was that Booking.com charges a high commission and that I should have booked directly with the hotel. Not exactly a warm welcome.

For the first time in all my years of travelling to Cyprus, I was not even offered drinking water, and there was none in the room either.

The room was old and poorly maintained. One electrical socket did not work, and there was no travel adapter. When I asked for one at reception, I was offered one at twice the price I would pay in a shop. At 9 pm, all the shops were already closed, so I had no real alternative. The broken socket remained an issue regardless.

The Wi-Fi was provided through voucher, which felt very outdated. I was told mine would be valid until the end of my stay, and it showed 2 pm as the expiry time. However, when I went to reception at 1 pm the following day, I was told I had already been charged extra for late checkout. The standard checkout time may have been noon, but this could easily have been avoided with clear communication. I also witnessed another uncomfortable dispute between reception staff and guests over payment.

The room overlooked a busy, noisy road, with a constant humming sound throughout the night that made sleeping difficult. The mattresses were extremely uncomfortable, the shower cabin would not close properly, and the blankets in the wardrobe were so old and unpleasant that I did not want to touch them.

The air conditioning could only be controlled by reception, meaning that if you became too hot or cold during the night, you could not adjust it yourself.

Overall, the combination of poor room conditions, noise, uncomfortable beds, outdated facilities, and a lack of clear communication and basic hospitality made this a very unpleasant stay. I would not choose this hotel again.

The staff were very nice, the room was ok. The only major downside was that the curtains didn't have any nets, and since you can't control the a/c without asking. I feel that nets were needed
