The room wasn't ready even if I arrived late at 1830. The lady in front desk was very polite, apologized for the inconvenience and transfered me to another room.

Moderne, große Zimmer im Premium-Bereich
Pros:

Schönes Zimmer im Premium Bereich, leider ohne Aussicht Richtung Altstadt.
Sehr freundlicher Empfang an der Rezeption.
Stellplatz für den PKW in der hauseigenen Tiefgarage.

Cons:

Der Frühstücksraum ist für die Hotelgröße viel zu klein und vor allem an Wochenenden völlig überfüllt. So konnten wir das Frühstück nur einmal nutzen.
3 Aufzüge sind zu den Frühstückszeiten für die Hotelgröße (17 Stockwerke) nicht ausreichend. Es kommt zu langen Wartezeiten.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Blick auf Würzburg aus dem 13. Stock war bezaubernd, freundliches Personal. Wir kommen wieder.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war bis auf die Dusche in Ordnung und sauber.

Cons:

Für einen recht stolzen Preis, und das ohne Frühstück, hätte ich wenigstens eine gut funktionierende Dusche erwartet. Wassersparduschkopf in Ehren, aber bei so wenig Druck ist es schwer nass zu werden.

Tolle Aussicht. Mitarbeiter sehr zuvorkommend. Sauberkeit, Betten gut.

Cons:

Zimmertemperatur zu hoch. Klimaanlage war nicht zu regulieren. Sofa zu niedrig, etwas ausgesessen und vielleicht ein wenig zu groß, da man sich immer drumherum quetschen mußte beim hinsetzen und aufstehen.
