Great location, friendly staff, terrible room, moldy and old.
Pros:

Great location and very friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

The rooms. Desperately need renovation. The bathroom door wouldnt open, the room itself stunk of mold and, worst of all, the bathroom lights would come on sporadically throughout the night. Our only option was to take the key card out of the power socket, meaning we had no AC.

Unexpected
Pros:

Location was near the mall. The place was spacious. Ground floor was nice.

Cons:

The unpleasant smell especially when you get to the floors. I think it's the carpet. It smelled bad... even in the room though. It's like it was wet and not probably dried... that kinda smell. The staff was just ok. No one really helps you with luggages just only in the entrance when you are going in... you're on your own. If you had experienced the services in the Philippines, it might not meet what your expectations are.

Good value! Would stay again.
Pros:

Very easy to get too from terminal 3 - can walk across the sky bridge. Also can go to the new port mall across the road.

Cons:

All the pastries from the breakfast buffet were quite stale/ not fresh. The traffic is very loud and you can hear it in the room.

Convenient and comfortable.
Pros:

Convenient location, near the international airport and across the Newport Mall. If you like casinos, then you don’t have to go far as one is in the building.

Cons:

Nothing in particular, perhaps an iron and board will be a good addition in the future; some people like to have fresh-pressed clothes especially when traveling clothes get wrinkled.
