Pros:

Das grosse Bett war sehr bequem. Im Zimmer, welches einen Balkon hatte war sehr schön. Schade, dass das Personal meinte das beide Zimmer gleich sind, aber im endeffekt sie es garnicht waren. Eher das Gegenteil. Ansonsten super

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist leider nicht so vielfältig, es hat viel gefehlt. Obst, laktosefreie Dinge, mehr Auswahl und frische Brötchen wären definitiv besser. Die Brötchen haben geschmeckt als wären sie vom Vortag. Ausserdem waren die Crosstrain hart und sehr kalt. Das Personal war zusätzlich noch sehr unfreundlich und zickig. Außer die an der Rezeption, die waren alle sehr freundlich!!!

Pros:

Super nettes Personal, auf Sauberkeit, besonders beim Frühstück im Speisesaal wird in diesem Hotel sehr geachtet.
Alles war zu unsere vollsten Zufriedenheit.

Guten Tag,

wir hatten eine äußerst unangenehme Situation in Ihrem Hotel.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt verlängert, aber unsere Schlüsselkarte wurde nicht aktualisiert. Als wir später zurückkamen, ließ sich die Tür überhaupt nicht öffnen. Ein Mitarbeiter hatte kurz zuvor angerufen und etwas wegen der Reservierung erwähnt, aber uns wurde keine neue Karte ausgehändigt und nichts weiter erklärt.

Dadurch konnten wir nicht in unser Zimmer, in dem sich unsere persönlichen Sachen befanden, und haben deswegen unseren Flug verpasst. Wir haben für den Aufenthalt bezahlt, hatten aber keinen Zugang zu dem Zimmer, das wir gebucht und bezahlt haben.

Bitte teilen Sie uns mit:

• wer die entstandenen Kosten einschließlich des verpassten Fluges übernimmt
• wofür wir überhaupt bezahlt haben, wenn uns der Zugang zum Zimmer verweigert wurde
• wann wir eine Rückmeldung zu diesem Vorfall erhalten

Прекрасный и дружелюбный персонал, самые лучшие впечатления об отеле
Pros:

Удобный номер,чисто. Несколько входов в отель с разных сторон . Близко остановка общественного транспорта. Рядом много продуктовых магазинов
