Pros:

Wir waren eine Gruppe mit 11 Personen in 4 Doppelzimmer und 3 Einzelzimmer. Endlich mal wieder schlafen (Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei :-) ). Check-in und -out super. Alles sehr sauber. Gutes, großes Frühstücksbuffet.
Wir kommen wieder.

Disappointing
Pros:

AC and our bed were pretty good

Cons:

It was a very disappointing stay :( We entered our room, and our bed had lots of short black hair and ants on it. As we reported it at the reception, we were said that they were fully booked, it was impossible to give us another room and that it would be cleaned asap. In a couple of minutes we were offered a better room but we had to pay the price difference (15€). As we were really tired and were on the road all night, we had to accept it. Very strange to make us pay when the problem is on the hotel's side.

Zimmer war sehr warm um dies Jahreszeit
Pros:

Frühstück war gut. Es gab eine große Auswahl.

Cons:

Klimaanlage im Zimmer fehlte, statt dessen nur ein kleiner Ventilator der nichts gebracht hatte. Ich fragte nach ob noch ein anderes Zimmer mit Klimaanlage frei sei. Ich bekam die Antwort nein, aber im Keller sei es kleines Zimmer frei???? Das Zimmer hatte die Nummer 125. Bad war viel zu klein.

Froh habe ich dann in einem richtigen Hotel ein Zimmer gefunden.
Cons:

Ich sollte bei über 30 Grad in ein Dachzimmer einquartiert werden. Es war extrem heiss und an Schlaf oder Erholung nach einer langen Fahrt nicht möglich. Auf Anfrage das Zimmer zu wechseln oder eine Alternative hiess es nur in meiner Kategorie hat es keinen Platz mehr. Nicht mal einen Vorschlag mit einem Ventilator etwas zu kühlen oder eine Erfrischung wurden angeboten.
Das Zimmer kann ich nun auch nicht stornieren
Ein absoluter mieser Service und überhaupt nicht Kundenorientiert. Hauptsache die Hütte voll machen.

schönes Zimmer, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, tolle Lage (Straßenbahnhaltestelle fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar), hoteleigener Parkplatz leckeres Frühstück, traditionelles Haus mit Flair, Wasserpark gegenüber (kleine grüne Oase)
