Two nights in hell if you can’t sleep!
Cons:

I spent two nights without being able to get any sleep after a 24-hour journey because the walls are not solid—they are just partitions. I was placed in a room next to a very noisy person who was on the phone until 1 a.m. both nights, with no awareness that even a simple action like blowing their nose could be heard through such thin partitions.

Those were two nights from hell! I would have appreciated it if the staff, knowing about the inevitable noise issues with these partitions, could prioritize placing guests away from each other when rooms are available. When one cannot rest at night, all the other aspects—the décor, the services—become completely secondary; the essential is lost: the quality of sleep. I noticed that the other guests seemed to have slept well, and I realized that many of them were already elderly; this should not be a problem, as most must have an already impaired hearing.

Schön und problemlos.
Pros:

Außergewöhnliche schöne Lage. Man kann zu Fuß zur Heiligenstätte gehen.

Cons:

Wir hatten keine Möglichkeit (Zeit) den SPA Bereich zu nutzen. Daher können wir auch keine weitere angaben machen.

Pros:

Una struttura molto accogliente e pulita, situata a pochi passi dalla chiesa nuova facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Colazione molto fornita. Personale disponibile e gentile.

Cons:

Manca un po’ di manutenzione, ho soggiornato in una stanza con soppalco quindi ho pagato un po’ di più. Tappo delle batterie del telecomando mancante, specchio del bagno scheggiato, tenda mezza staccata, ecc…Sono solo queste piccole accortezze che nell’insieme vengono subito notate.

E' la seconda volta che pernottiamo in questa struttura, molto valida.
Pros:

prima colazione eccellette.

Cons:

ristorante deludente, la prima volta che pernottammo lo ricordiamo molto valido.
Quando avranno terminato i lavori di isalamento termico (cappotto molto costoso) consiglio di canbiare la vecchia TV con una Smart, anche la sedia in camera è da sostituire.

Tutto, il ristorante in particolar modo, come pure la colazione e la pulizia della struttura in generale.

Cons:

Alcuni arredi andrebbero aggiornati, le poltrone nella zona bar sostituite, nella zona ristorazione tinteggiati i muri dietro le sedute, sono dettagli che fanno la differenza e che renderebbero la struttura ed il soggiorno impeccabili.
