The beds

Viel zu teuer. Anfang Februar über 150€ für einen in die Jahre gekommenen Bungalow mit irgendwelchen Tieren die unter der Zimmerdecke nagen u kratzen!

Rommene er slitt og bærer preg av dårlig vedlikehold. Toalettet tettet seg, maur inne på rommet, bråkete aircondition.

Nous avions réservé cette établissement libellé sur le site "bungalow de luxe", pour 10 jours, nous y sommes resté 5 jours. Absolument pas du tout le cas, pour différentes raisons. Déjà l'arrivée dans le parc qui ne semble pas entretenu. Vu de suite d'extérieur des bungalow vieillissant qui ont besoin d'être entretenu. Dans le bungalow, un ameublement vétuste, une armoire sans étagère, donc nos vêtements étaient par terre, 4 cintres à disposition, un frigo rouillé avec des joints sales, télé qui ne fonctionnait pas, rideaux pas occultants, certes une bouilloire, mais jamais de stick café, thé, sucre...etc.... Nous n'avions pas à disposition les petites serviettes de toilettes, ni de plage qu'il a fallu demander. Pas de safety box dans la chambre. Maintenant la salle de bain, pas d'eau chaude et une fuite sur le jet toilette; comme pour la télé, nous avons signalé, certes, quelqu'un est venu mais pas solutionné, distributeur shampoing et gel douche vide fixés au mur vide, donc nous avons signalé, et il nous a été fournis tous les jours des échantillons gel douche et shampoing.

Notre bungalow sentait le moisi et à côté une construction

The standard bungalow was poorly maintained with a cracked window, very steep and uneven steps to get into the property without any handrails, a fridge which was barely working and smelt and a very badly maintained bathroom. The beds were hard and damp. We upgraded to a delux bungalow which cost us more money but was reasonable. There was no warning that these bungalows were not suitable for anyone with Mobility issues

Svårt att spola i toa på ett av rummen

При бронировании было написано что снимут за жилье с карты, но до последнего отель не снимал деньги за бронирование, связывалась с объектом, писала чтоб снимали с карты, но в итоге по приезду сказали платить наличкой или +4% к стоимости. Считаю что такое нужно предупреждать.

4% of commition when paying by card -
While booking in booking.com it did not even offer to pay fully and when checking in they charge 4% of commission.

Super outdated and several things not working -
It looks like everything was built 15 years ago and nothing has been done ever since. Everything is outdated - not possible to close toilet door (not even talking about locking, just closing). One window does not have curtains - people can directly look you brushing your teeth or sleeping in your bed.
Restorant area is super outdated, tables and chairs look like 20 years old.

Lack of essentials -
NO hairdryer (got it after asking directly), NO handtowels (we specifically asked and were provided later), very unstable water supply and low water pressure. Very poor shower area in general. Super hard and outdated beds, stayed for 7 nights and got back pains. NO chair nor table in room. NO locker/ safe

Breakfast is served at the beach (good location), but service is very poor, servants seem to be sad/ miserable. Food is below average. There are approximately 4 different options for breakfast, lack of variety.

Ants
There are ants in room and in bed that are biting.

In general this is probably one of the worst stays we have ever experienced (travelled in many different countries - Philippines, Malaysia, South Korea, Vietnam, India, Thailand, Cuba, Mauritius, Seychelles, and many other countries). It is not worth the money they are charging.

Koh Lanta in general seems more like a muslim country not a friendly and welcoming Thailand that you would imagine.
Also worth mentioning is the fact that Koh Lanta seems to be pricey and not in balance of what you get for your money.
