Pros:

The staff were ok. Except for one gentleman name. MASOM was very nice and polite. Shower system is forget it. Restaurants nearby. 20 minutes walk to Haram. Masjid ul Nabwi. No one answers the pho e there. So goodluck. And oh yes its priced very highly and unreasonable 👎

Pros:

This was more of a hostel experience than a hotel one. This place is very popular with large travel groups from across the world. It gets pretty noisy and loud.
The soace provides all the amenities a traveler needs; did not check for an iron, but tbey had tea kettle and mini fridge in tbe room.
It is less than 20 minutes walk from Haram Nabawi and there is a huge selection for food and other shopping needs.

Pros:

The hotel ran out of water in the toilet many times during day and night, they do not provide towels unless you ask for it , no Iron available, away from all public transport, walking is 25 minutes from Haram not very convenient for all prayers. WIFI is only available in the main hall and do not work all the time. Make sure you have good phone data service otherwise you will be stuck.

It was worst experience what was mentioned while booking nothing is there very bad rooms no cleaness no wifi Avaliable no avalible for breakfast have to walk 5 to 8 kilometers to find restaurant taxi is not avalible what I paid was not worth for this junk hotel

The rate is okay with type of hotel. The locación is aceptable to walk to haram area, but surrounding the hotel at night is kind of dark and like dead end zone. It's another option place to stay when you didn't get one that closer enough to haram, if you're staying for religious purpouse.
Overall, it's good hotel with affordable rate.
