Déçu par rapport au prix
Pros:

La chambre était grande, en revanche les oreillers n’étaient pas les mêmes un très dur et un complètement mou ils faisaient usés.

Cons:

L’accueil n’était pas très agréable, pas d’explication, on a dû demander de nous même ou se trouvé le spa, les massages, le bar…

La propreté de la chambre est à revoir, un couvercle de goblet des anciens locataires était derrière le rideaux, il y avait beaucoup de poussières dans les recoins. Au prix de la chambre la propreté est le minimum attendu.

Verschrikkelijk.
Pros:

Ik vond het de meest verschrikkelijke verblijf waar ik ooit ben geweest! Ik durfde amper om het bed te slapen (ZEER ONHYGIËNISCH) vlekken op de lakens (Dit ook bij de receptie aangegeven) Alles rook muf en wij hebben zelfs een lege fles alcohol in de kamer gevonden🤢

Cons:

Alles kan een opfrisbeurt krijgen! De badkamer, bedden, nieuwe lakens en kussens, de muren en zo kan ik het lijstje nog afgaan. Ik vond de prijs en kwaliteit verhouding ook helemaal niet oké. WIJ KOMEN ER IN IEDER GEVAL NOOIT MEER TERUG!

Zalige behandelingen

De behandelingen waren top!

De kamer was heel ruim voor 2 personen.
Zalige bedden, hoewel best zachte matrassen

Goede locatie, niet heel ver van het station en snel in het centrum.

Cons:

De organisatie/planning van de behandelingen was redelijk chaotisch.

Helaas geen aparte bedden noch donsdekens/dekbedden beschikbaar.

Tijdens het gebruik van de wellness konden we 1 sauna niet gebruiken wegens privé verhuurd maar dat werd vooraf niet gemeld, dus geen volledig gebruik van heel de wellness mogelijk. We kregen ook niet veel uitleg over het gebruik van de faciliteiten.

Jammer dat de parking zo duur was (10 euro/dag), terwijl het hun privé parking is maa...r de trein is op zich ook op wandelafstand.

Er was maar 1 fauteuil, hoewel het een 2 persoonskamer was. Dat én een salontafel misten we ook.

Suite gebucht, total durch gelegene und viel zu weiche Matratzen, Kopfkissen, letztes Jahrhundert, mini Fernseher mit nicht einem einzigen deutschen Programm, bin total negativ abweichend von Darstellung in Booking COM, wellness nicht nutzbar, nur gegen Gebühr und so weiter… können wir nicht weiterempfehlen. Sorry.

Pros:

Hotel staffs are very nice. Room and bathroom clean. Quiet area.

Cons:

I didn't like that I have had to pay extra for the hotel carpark - No info provided on Booking.com about this.
I wish the menu would be available in English. Food was okay but not much to chose of.
