Op de ruime overdekte parking na was het een grote tegenvaller !

Het ontbijt was redelijk, misschien wel voldoende maar sober.
De kamer was groot maar verschrikkelijk vuil. Vloer was vuil, stoffig, niet gekuist na de eerste nacht en had nog nooit water gezien denk ik! Toevallig keek ik onder de matras en dat hield je niet voor mogelijk wat daar allemaal onder lag, onder meer gebruikte (voor wat dan ook) zakdoekjes. Zie foto !

Запах канализации, в туалете нет вытяжки, шум поездов от вокзала, всю ночь работала противопожарная сигнализация на весь отель и даже никто не отреагировал на это, так продолжалось до семи утра. Позже из персонала никто не принёс извинения за неудобства. Завтрак не соответствует цене,обычно в отелях на завтрак предоставляют выбор.

J'ai aimé l'espace de la chambre la taille XXL du lit très confortable. La douche très bien pensé avec des produits d'entretien du corp de qualité

Je n’ai vraiment pas apprécié l’accueil, qui était quasiment inexistant.

J’avais choisi cet hôtel en priorité pour son restaurant ainsi que pour les services annoncés, notamment le spa, le hammam et la piscine. À mon arrivée, on m’a simplement indiqué que le restaurant était fermé. Nous sommes pourtant au début du mois d’août et il était à peine 20 h ! Personne n’a pris le temps de m’expliquer le fonctionnement de l’hôtel ou de me présenter les différents services disponibles. J’ai vraiment eu l’impression d’arriver dans un hôtel fantôme.

Cerise sur le gâteau : le petit-déjeuner facturé 21 €. Pour ce prix, j’ai eu droit à un café, quatre tranches de pain, un minuscule pot de pâte à tartiner au chocolat et un tout aussi minuscule pot de confiture d’abricot. À ce tarif-là, je m’attendais clairement à autre chose.

Si l’on ajoute ces 21 € aux 83 € de la chambre, cela fait tout de même 104 € la nuit pour un établissement qui, dans mon cas, n’a absolument pas tenu les promesses qui avaient motivé ma réservation.

Une expérience très décevante, surtout au regard du prix demandé.
