Pros:

Location and cleanliness of rooms. Excellent breakfast and coffee very good. My teenage son liked the accomodations and he is very picky.

Cons:

The person at the front desk seemed bothered when I asked questions. I didn't feel like she was really interested in helping me. She didn't smile and it made me feel awkward that I even asked about pickup locations for transportation.

The windows from the elevator were extremely dirty overlooking the views.
Pros:

That was close to the stadium.

The entrance of your hotel. It was difficult to get in because of traffic.

The facility was nice & comfortable 8 just didn’t like how at the end it was higher than I booked for.
Pros:

Convenient location to shops, eatery, pier & airport.

Cons:

They changed my rates from $155.00 to $274.00

Outstanding value
Pros:

Very nice clearly renovated room. In an excellent value for anything near LAX. Good breakfast too

Cons:

Not really a dislike but it didn't have much in the way of amenities. But that's not really the kind of property it's meant to be. Perfect for one night travel stays.

My stay was okay just staffing needs to be worked on.
Pros:

I liked that the property is very clean. The rooms are nice.

Cons:

I didn’t like the staffing. The front desk male staff is very rude and not pleasant. The manager didn’t seem to help out either they both need to work on their communication skills.
