Pros:

I liked the comfy beds and the size of the room.

Cons:

The TV quality was very bad, there was no channel guide and I wasn't able to watch the news or find CNN. Also my husband just told me the microwave did not work. I paid for the suite and it didn't even come with a roll of paper towels.

Cons:

La señorita que estaba en recepción nos trató mal a la hora de hacer el check in. Nos dio creo que la peor habitación que estaba sucia y tuvimos que pedir cambio al día siguiente.
Tienen un problema muy serio con las personas externas que viven en condiciones de calle, que entran al restaurante a comer dejando todo sucio y mal colocado, se sientan en la entrada del elevador en el estacionamiento y genera una situación de miedo, porque nos rodearon cuando entramos y uno de ellos quería que entramos con el dentro del elevador, generando una situación tensa ya que estaba con mi esposa y mis hijos menores de edad. Esto se repite en horas de la noche te topas con ellos en el lobby y uno no sabe si son o no son de tener cuidado. Esto es muy lamentable que el personal no nos dé ni contexto sobre lo que podemos esperar de estas personas.

Me había quedado aquí hace 2 años y es muy lamentable el deterioro que han tenido en infraestructura y en atención al cliente.

Espero puedan retomar y mejorar su servicio.

Elevador y estacionamiento
Pros:

Todo bien y tranquilo

Cons:

No me gusta cuando no sirve el elevador, cargar maletas por las escaleras es pesado y me gustaría que no cobraran estacionamiento por día y por carro. Si me cobran por un auto es suficiente No importa cuánto tiempo esté ahí.

The experience was not like other La Quinta’s we stayed at before, But was close to car rental.
Pros:

Close to car rental return. Room was big and clean. Shower head was great and bathroom was big with long counter. Easy check in and out.

Cons:

Had to pay for parking that was not mentioned on website when making reservation. Eggs and sausage were cold at breakfast. Neighborhood surroundings were not great with cars racing down the street. Not many good restaurant's near by. TV was small and didn't work. Room had only one chair. Entering garage was difficult from apposite side of road and had to travel down the street to turn around to enter on other side.
