Majestic Arjaan by Rotana

The hotel is well located near the attraction places, however, the views are ok, but not great. The rooms are clean, but amenities seems to be old, although in good condition. The breakfast was great and various dishes available.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights and had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm and welcoming. We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a larger apartment, which made our stay even more comfortable. The room itself was spacious, spotless, and well-maintained , it really felt like a home away from home.
The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, which made the whole experience even better.
Location-wise, it couldn’t have been better. The hotel is very close to Avenues Mall, Marasi Galleria, and the Souq, so it's perfect for those who want to explore the area.
If you're traveling with family, I highly recommend this place. It’s ideal for a relaxing and enjoyable stay, with plenty to see and do nearby!

We stayed at Majestic Arjaan by Rotana Bahrain as a family with kids, and it was a perfect experience from start to finish. We booked a duplex apartment that came with a living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, two bedrooms, and three bathrooms, ideal for families who want both space and comfort.

The apartment was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed to feel at home. The staff were extremely friendly, accommodating, and attentive throughout our stay. Housekeeping was excellent, they cleaned very well and even washed our used dishes and cooking ware, which was such a thoughtful touch.

Overall, we had a wonderful family stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended for families visiting Bahrain!

The reception staff, especially Brother (Petros), were friendly, as was the luggage service team. The room was spacious, and the kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils for cooking.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights in a 3-bedroom apartment with a living room and balcony, and I must say it was an excellent experience overall. The place was very clean, quiet, and comfortable, which made our stay truly enjoyable.

The only minor points I noticed were that two of the bedrooms shared the same air conditioning control, which made it a bit less convenient, and that I had to go down myself to pick up any delivery orders from outside. Of course, this is not really a drawback of the hotel itself, but it would have been a nice additional service.

It also would have been nice if there were clearer options for receiving visitors, but this was only a secondary point.

Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place.

Nice and comfortable hotel, I like the swimming pool, the hotel is in between Manamah and Muharraq, the parking area big and wide, the room service was great,easy and fast check in and check out……………………………………………………………………………………………………..

The entire hotel team provided exceptional service with professionalism and politeness. The delicious food added to the comfort of our stay, making it a truly enjoyable experience.

A great place to stay. It does not have a bar. A beautiful hotel for families. There is a restaurant, a swimming pool, and a small market. The reception is helpful. Late checkout time. Luggage transfer service is available. There are rooms and hotel apartments. The place is comfortable to stay. I recommend it. It is far from noisy areas and close to shopping malls. The nearest mall is not 10 minutes away by car.

great staff and clean rooms

The hotel was overall very good and i had minimal problems as everything was good and fast and clean. They were helpful and did not annoy me in any sort of way and the trip was good and clean

They could have been more professional. Some of the staff are rude and do not respond to requests. I was poisoned from the breakfast food. Very old TVs and appliances. There is bad smell in the corridors and in the rooms. The kitchenware always needs a second wash after they wash it. Other 5 star hotels will be better for families.

Fantastic stay! We got an upgrade to a one bedroom suite - It was so spacious and perfect. The kitchen was well equipped and the staff provided us with dishwashing tablets. The doors to the balcony were childproof, which was great since we were there with the toddlers. Kids plays area and pool were excellent. Staff were so kind and helpful! Very quiet and close to the groceries and eating areas.
