Pros:

Breakfast food was great, there were gluten free options, very accommodating. Staff very knowledgeable about sesame place. I was very impressed!

It was nice
Pros:

It was clean and comfortable..The bed was spacious and very cozy..❤️.Melissa at the front desk was very nice and friendly..

Cons:

I wasn't too happy with only a stand up shower and no bath tub but overall I was happy with my stay.

Pros:

I liked the hospitality. The breakfast and cleanliness of the hotel.

Cons:

The jacuzzi was out of order. The pool was somewhere between cold to Luke warm. The pool area was cold because the exit door to the outside had a very cold draft. and you have to pay $20.00 a day in parking! I will never go back just because of the parking.

We truly felt comfort in our home away from home.
Pros:

The property was super clean. The rooms were lovely and looked very modern. The beds were very comfortable. My husband and I enjoyed our stay tremendously. We were in town for several days and every staff member was amazing, professional and pleasant. Excellent customer service !

Cons:

There were kids running up and down the hallway and it was late. Perhaps the hotel can implement a sign that says quiet time starting at 10pm or something like that. I’ve seen it done at other hotels.

Excellent off season value
Pros:

Stayed here for President's Day Weekend with husband and 12-year-old son. We were doing things in Philadelphia and did not want to pay to stay in city. This hotel is the closest to Sesame Place so would be ideal for that but as park was closed it was super cheap.

Room: This is all-suite hotel. If you've stayed in another Springhill Suites or a suite at Fairfield Inn it's the same. Spacious. Good for families. Although not a totally separate bedroom having the room divider and TV that swivels allows some separation between living area and bedroom.

Pool: The hot tub was not working which put a huge damper on the stay. I was particularly annoyed because I had called earlier in the week and they had said it would be fixed. Pool was very small. Fine for off-season but can imagine it gets intolerable when it's busy. Water was warm.

Free breakfast: I've stayed at many Fairfield Inns and would put this slightly below others in terms of variety. But they had the trusty waffle makers which were great. Also pancake maker which I had not seen before and was not so great.

Marriott Bonvoy perks: We are gold elite members. They did offer 2pm checkout.

Best continental breakfast!
Pros:

The cook made the best eggs and sausage I ever had at hotel breakfast. Spoke to the front desk and she informed me that he was new! They were both in such good spirits considering we just got 18 inches of snow outside!

Everything was great! We got 18 inches of snow and they had it plowed out by 5am so I could get to work as an essential worker!

Pros:

My room was very humid and smelled like the pool water the AC unit did not work properly needs to be updated no one cleaned the room the 2 days I stayed there which is not good. My key for the room kept not working I had to keep going to the front desk to get it activated. The staff were super pleasant throughout the stay.
