I would like to give a one, but the hotel was really nice and the staff was good but the one thing that really bothered me is they charged me $125 to park our families five cars there which I think is absolutely absurd. We are paying to stay at your hotel. It’s not like we’re coming there to park in your parking lot to go to sesame place, we are staying at your hotel paying the price at your hotel and then you have the nerve to add on a $25 charge to park. I’ve never heard of this in my life! We do a family trip every year and I was really looking forward to staying here but don’t know if I can do that to pay $125 to park in a parking lot for the day.

Pros:

Rooms were spacious, staff was so friendly, place was very clean and location was awesome.

Cons:

I know it's continental breakfast, but I will say the choices were extremely limited for sure. Was a madhouse downstairs.

Pros:

Professional staff on par with resort quality - family friendly - fitness center - pool & hot tub really comforatble and accessible
