Hotel was easy to find; check-in was easy; staff were friendly and helpful; room was clean; breakfast food other than oatmeal was good. We enjoyed the pool and it was nice that they had beach balls to play with.
It got really cold during the night, but this is probably on me. Because it was comfortable at check-in up to going to bed, I didn't think to check the thermostat. During the middle of the night, I woke freezing and I was already using the only blanket. Oatmeal was not cooked correctly (cover should have been left on so it could steam the oatmeal) so it was runny and undercooked.

Property was fine, however I stopped by around 1:00 pm hoping for an early check-in but a room wasn’t yet available, but would be at 3:00. Fine. I asked for a 1st floor room not far from the lobby. No problem - come at 3:00. Arrived at 3:30 - no room ready on the 1st floor.
Our son is a new graduate student at U Michigan, and we needed a place to stay. This will be our "home away from home" until he graduates. I wasn't aware of the mini kitchen, the ability to rent appliances, which is awesome. Everything about it was outstanding. See you soon.

Great motel
Great place to stay with a super nice staff. The room was well appointed and housekeeping left the paper towels with a paper towel bow and the Kleenex as a flower. Really sweet and welcoming and unexpected. The front desk was super friendly and helpful. Nice to have breakfast as an option. Great Job! Would definitely stay again.
The staff was kind and check in was easy. Room was adequate but a few things needed attention. Moldy and non draining bathroom sink wasn’t able to be fixed during our stay. Breakfast was a little sparse, thought the attendant was so kind. Nice to have coffee, tea and water available , as well as laundry and nice indoor pool. Would def stay again and hope for bolder coffee and more breakfast items stocked. As we were leaving, we were offered a root beer float!!! What an ice touch and treat! Will stay again.
Overall nice trip. Walking distance to Mall and chase bank. Breakfast area is small.
Solid and clean. Nothing over the top fancy but clean room and nice staff.
Great area. Easy drive to U of M campus.
