It was refreshingly comfortable with smiles.
Pros:

Easy location from the Huntington Center
Clean. Lovely even extraordinary breakfast bar. They kept it filled and hot. Great job.
Easy to maneuver wheelchair.

Cons:

Needed more handicap spaces. At least 2 more.

Beds are comfy but not worth the lack of quality staff
Pros:

The beds were clean and very comfy. The location was very convenient.

Cons:

The front desk staff were not professional, one was even walking around barefoot.
2 maids got in a yelling match in the lobby. It went on way too long before a supervisor stepped in.
Booked a room with 2 beds but got a room with 1 bed as they were full. Not impressed that I didn’t get what I booked. Noise from outside room and floor above was loud.

We asked for a 2 queen room in the app, got a king, went to the lobby to ask for 2 queen beds and the person at the fron

The lobby could have been cleaner, the hallways were hot and stuffy, the pool area never alphas towels and the bathroom in our room was not very clean. The complimentary conditioner bottle in the room was filled with shampoo.

Na 1-2 noci v rámci přespání v pohodě. Je to dost mimo všechno dění, ale pokud máte auto a potřebujete se za rozumnou ce
Pros:

Recepční Louis byl velice přátelský.
Pokoj byl prostorný, čistý a postele velice pohodlná.
Ocenila jsem lednici na pokoji i dostatek ručníků a kvalitní mýdlo i tělove mléko značky Dove.

Cons:

Snídaně velice chudá oproti Evropským standardům.
Absolutně žádná zelenina a nádobí pouze papír a plast což bylo pro mě celkem zklamáním. Už jsem v minulosti byla v Holiday inn hotelích , ale tento měl snídani zaručeně nejhorší.

Disappointed in the facility compared to other HI I have stayed in. Not a good value.for the price.

Staff were pleasant. Common areas were well lighted and clean. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Hotel equipment did not work well. The check-in clerk was apologetic and friendly but had to reboot his equipment multiple times and then take his card reader to another computer to get me checked in When we went to our assigned room the door was ajar and one of the beds had been used. The check-in clerk was on the same floor we were assigned moving a refrigerator out of another room. We had to go back to the lobby and he checked us in to another room on the same floor we just left. This room was rather poorly lighted but acceptable

Here for family funeral. Pleasantly surprised with this hotel
Pros:

your desk chair kept going down when I sat in it, making it difficult to work on my computer. Otherwise, everything was great!
