Pros:

The room has a small kitchenette with a microwave, which was very convenient. The spa bathroom on the second floor near the gym also has a washing machine. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is well located, with a shopping mall nearby and easy connectivity to the MRT.

Cons:

The hotel appears a little dated, and the toilet could benefit from better maintenance as there was some mould.

Günstige Lage zum Flughafen mit guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten
Pros:

Zimmer sauber und gute Kochmöglichkeit. Pool, Gym und Service ebenfalls ohne Beanstandung.

Cons:

Sauna etwas ungewöhnlich und Frühstück einfach zu teuer.

Disappointing last minute stay
Pros:

Lovely entrance lobby and room was modern. Good shower.

Cons:

The ‘newly refurbished’ room was a con because it was tiny and was a big older room that had been halved to make more money. Hardly any room to move around the bed, which was very soft.
Breakfast was expensive but terrible. The choice of cereals was small, the hot breakfast was inedible because it was cold, the pastries were cheap and poor quality and the fruit salad was just melon. Perhaps the hot local savoury breakfast options were better, I don’t know.
Confusing and unclear numbering on the refurbished rooms and a slow, understaffed check-in. Overall a very disappointing stay. Not recommended
