Somewhat disappointed given the other reviews

nice facilities
Good cheap snacks from vending machine

Cons:

shame the sauna is busted
No written instructions just the awful QR code stuff to a website which is a mess.
I couldn’t find in room menu at all and then the staff couldn’t help me in time as the dining service closes early at 9:30 so I had chips from vending machine for dinner.

Decent but unexciting option close to airport
Pros:

Close to airport and right next to Changi Point Mall with many food options.

Cons:

Was not given the room I had booked.
Feel a bit old, sofas in the lobby, one loungechair at the pool that has been broken for months, the steamroom has been out of order for weeks.
The breaskfast restaurant is badly managed. Items are done not available.
