To avoid in Riyadh
Pros:

The location is good and the staff is helpful.
The rooms are average.
The TV and the washing machine are old.
The view from the room is on the 24/24 construction site.
Poor noise isolation can make you mad in less than 2 days with the noise coming from the construction site or the street.
Avoid it.

Pros:

Spacious, well organized.

Cons:

Water supply very slow and stopped during shower, the shower door broken , water faucet not working. Asked worker to clean room but only partial, they did not clean the toilet.

Located in East Riyadh, Boudl Al Masif gives access to the Stadium & attractions there!
Pros:

Located in the Eastern suburb of Riyadh and near the Football Stadium. Boudl offers an excellent location and a very good facility at a very good price, too.

Cons:

All were great.

Possible enhancement: Electronic card that opens room doors kept getting out of order, and we had to visit the reception about 4-5 times during the two-day stay. Simple improvement is required.
