Front desk to the rescue
Pros:

Eve at the front desk is outstanding. My husband left his prescription glasses and Eve tracked them down and boxed them for UPS. She communicated with us by phone and email through the process. Great job, Eve! So great to know there are quality people working at Hilton!

Service with a smile makes family reunions that much sweeter
Pros:

Jaidyn our server was absolutely fantastic! We had a large party at the restaurant for a family reunion and she took care of each one of us with grace and class, from my six and eight-year-old sons to my 97-year-old grandmother. Would highly recommend any family looking for a wonderful experience eat at the restaurant here!

It was whatever but we won’t be going back.
Pros:

The location was great and around a lot of easy accessible spots to eat and shop

Cons:

Our first room floor was sticky and disgusting as if there was soda in the carpet and tile and wasn’t cleaned up. I took off my shoes when I got to the room and my socks turned black! We switched to another room and it was similiar to the first room but not as horrible. The hallways felt muggy and gross. Very disappointed.

It was a good and comfortable stay.
Pros:

We had a good stay. It was easy to get to and find. The staff was nice and was able to get us an early check in so we could get ready for dance competition. The room and hotel were clean and well maintained.

Cons:

The only things really were the bathroom door handle was broken. The lock button was missing a cover. There was no water in the lobby like there usually is. Also the coffee pot in room was not working.

Comfortable room for a business trip.
Pros:

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast bar was very nice, lots of options. Jaidyn at the breakfast bar took good care of me in the morning. Johnny's steak house had a great steak de burgo. Will return if travels bring me back.

Jane was the best! She was so kind and accommodating. Anything we needed she was so quick to help. An amazing atmosphere! The room was also very nice and clean as well.
