Escolhi este hotel principalmente por conta da piscina, que foi um diferencial importante na minha decisão de reserva. No entanto, ao chegar, fui informada de que a piscina estava em manutenção e indisponível para uso durante toda a estadia.
Considero isso uma falha grave, já que a área de lazer anunciada não está sendo entregue ao hóspede. Caso eu tivesse sido informada previamente sobre a indisponibilidade da piscina, teria optado por outra hospedagem ou por um hotel mais barato, sem essa estrutura.
LOCALIZAÇÃO, CAMA, TAMANHO E VISTA DO QUARTO E CAFÉ DA MANHÃ FARTO E BEM FEITO
O PISO DE GRANITO DO QJUARTO E DO BANHEIRO É UM CONVITE A TOMBOS GRAVES. O banheiro tinha um chuveiro muito fraco , ducha higiênica fraca, não tinha água quente para a barba, o exaustor parecia uma turbina barulhenta e a decoração era nenhuma. O restaurante não tem tratamento acústico e mais parece um refeitório de colégio. Os elevadores são lentos.

Limpeza, atendimento, tamanho do quarto e banheiro eram excelentes!!!
Localização muito boa quando falamos de bares e restaurantes ao redor.
O café deixou a desejar em alguns aspectos, os sucos eram muito diluídos em água e as tapiocas não eram tão boas e o café com gosto de queimado.
A praia em frente tem o mar muito forte
Quarto bem agradável e excelente cama. Boa ducha também fez a diferença.
