The location was great. very convenient to the airport. The lady that checked us in and made us breakfast was so nice and helpful. The breakfast was great. The garden area was beautiful. The rooms were clean, bathroom was big and clean.
The beds were hard and there was not any air conditioning. So it was HOT and HUMID in our room. What distressed me the most was being locked in. So we had to ask to be let out of the gate in order to go get food and also too leave in the AM. I wish we we had of been given a key to the gate to be able to come and go when we wished. I am not talking late at night. We had to ask to be let out at 3:00PM in the afternoon. This scared me and made me uncomfortable. what if there had been an emergency, or a fire or GOD FORBID something happened to the lady that worked there and I couldn't find a key to let help in. I felt like I was in prison with being locked in. I would recommend staying here if not for this issue. This is my 5th time staying in Guatemala and the City and I have never experienced this before. We always were given a key to get in and out because they keep the buildings and gardens secured.

La atención muy buena, la decoración bastante buena, buen desayuno tradicional, zona tranquila.
Para el ingreso tenía que molestar al personal tocando el timbre para abrirme la puerta de afuera, la habitación no tenia aire acondicionado aunque si ventilador.

À moins de 10 minutes de l’aéroport, un petit havre de tranquillité en pleine ville. Le personnel a été aux petits soins, bel accueil et service attentionné. Espace commun dans un joli jardin intérieur. Chambre confortable. Resto à 2 pas de l’établissement. Déjeuner pour apporter car je partais tôt!
