Great place to stay, I'll stay again on arriving in country.
Pros:

Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was great, room was fine. Location is near the Mekong / Tongle Sap rivers, it's great to have breakfast in the morning while watching the river. Staff helped me with some basic phrases in Khmer which was fun. I arrived a few days before New Year, it was a great location to watch all the festivities.

Emplacement idéal dans un hôtel qui demanderait à être « rafraîchi »

L’emplacement plein centre, près des sites touristiques à visiter.
Buffet du petit déjeuner de bonne qualité et varié.
Nettoyage de la chambre parfait

Cons:

Les serviettes de bain et les coussins de la piscine ont « fait leur temps »… ce serait bien de les renouveler .
Le personnel manque de rigueur (cendriers non vidés - serviettes de bain de la piscine usagées et les propres non disponibles )

Very cozy and authentic! Extremely welcoming and helpful staff. Fantastic location and view to the river and royal palace. Rooftop pool and bar are really exceptional. Strongly recommend for the ones who are seeking for a comfortable and authentic exposure to the local environment!

Great time in Phnom Penh
Pros:

This hotel is in a fantastic location the staff were brilliant rooms very good size and great value for money would of given it a 9 or 10 but needs a lot of TLC Im guessing if they spend money on it. It will be a lot more expensive. Overall had a great stay.

A touch of old style in a rapidly growing city

Though in need of minor facelifts the facilities and colonial ambience is very relaxing and stylish The location and rooftop views are spectacular

Cons:

It needs some simple repairs but personally they didn’t subtract the overall quality of my stay.
