Great place for one night on arrival into Cambodia in the heart of the river area. Huge balcony for our room and views from the rooftop amazing

De tegenvaller is de kamer.
Pros:

Frangipani ligt perfect. Dicht bij het Koninklijk Paleis en de promenade. Het personeel is behulpzaam. Maar…

Cons:

Maar… de kamer is niet de 30 m2 die in de omschrijving staat. Hooguit 24 m2 ( een verschil van 20%; “ sorry full booked”) in de kamer is geen plaats voor een stoel, het bed vult de gehele leefomgeving. Er is maar één lift, die door gasten en personeel gebruikt moet worden. Wij vonden een kakkerlak in de kamer. De trap naar de eetzaaletge is vies en vettig.
Waarschijnlijk volgt hieronder de standaardzin: bedankt voor je feedback.

Poor value - wouldn’t stay here again
Pros:

Really disappointed with this hotel. Apart from the size of the front rooms and the fact they look out over the amazing Royal Palace, it really didn’t have a lot going for it. The breakfast was ok but only just.

Cons:

Aircon didn’t work so had to change rooms, TV was damaged in both rooms. It’s looking very run down and in need of some updating. Staff were rather indifferent at the front desk and nowhere near as friendly or helpful as every other accommodation we have had in SE Asia. Cockroach and geckos in both rooms which indicated it wasn’t very clean. Bath towels were very shabby. In short, it was really poor value for what we paid although this may have been a booking.com issue as when I checked prices for later dates, it was considerably cheaper - around 50%!

Le personnel, le sourire permanent, comme partout au Cambodge

Cons:

Un effort à faire au niveau de la robinetterie qui était scotché. Une table de nuit de part et d’autre du lit serait appréciable (avec des prises)

Bon rapport qualité/prix
Pros:

Nous avions la chambre 601, avec une grande terrasse et une vue sur les jardins du palais Royal. La chambre est grande, avec une très bonne isolation acoustique, on entend à peine les bruits de l'extérieur. Le matelas est confortable. Le mobilier est usé. Le petit déjeuneren roof top est correc sans plust. L'hôtel est bien situé, central. Le personnel est agréable.

Fabulous location for 4 night stay
Pros:

Fantastic location, so close to Royal Palace, the Mekong and the National Museum. Staff were so lovely and I really enjoyed the breakfast up on the rooftop. Beds in the room were great, nice and firm. Little shop in the foyer is nice too, great for last minute gifts, prices were good.

Cons:

Room was OK, a bit dated but perfectly suitable for our stay. Our room had a view of a huge mobile phone tower, if I were to stay again I would ask for room facing the river or the opposite to the palace.
