Pros:

Sadly, a very disappointing end to our 2 week trip, however Staff were all lovely!
Pros:

Good location with Palace and riverside views. Very friendly and eager to please Reception, Bar and restaurant Staff. Good sized rooftop pool and decent cocktails. Bed was comfortable and rooms were not massive but spacious enough.

Cons:

Pictures online are not a true representation of the hotel in reality. It is very dated and tired. It is in desperate need of a paint job and replacement of dated furniture. We paid for a Deluxe room and were extremely disappointed on arrival as there was nothing deluxe about it, and it hadn't been cleaned properly. We raised our concerns with reception who dealt with it well and quickly offered an alternative room, which was better, but still not amazing. The breakfast was OK, but again nothing compared to what we had experienced in the 7 other hotels we'd stayed in leading up to this one.

Perfect stay
Pros:

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and loved it. The staff were very friendly. The location is excellent, very close to the vibrant nightlife along the river. The pool was relaxing and refreshing. Breakfast was varied and very friendly breakfast staff. I would love to stay again if I ever return to Phnom Penh.

The rooms were thoughtfully designed—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with many offering lovely views of the city or the palace grounds. One of the highlights is the rooftop pool and bar, where you can relax while enjoying panoramic views of Phnom Penh, especially at sunset.

Service was outstanding throughout my stay. The team was attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with a genuine smile, ensuring that every detail was taken care of.

Great location, view, staff, character
Pros:

Our 2nd stay at the hotel - even better than the first! Location, facilities, amenities still top notch. Madeleine at the desk was terrific and helpful. And the only issue we had with our first stay was fixed by the time of the 2nd. Balcony room with view over the palaces was perfect, only wish we had longer there! Highly recommended.

Cons:

Our room wasn't ready they tried to put us in a tiny double when we booked a twin and insisted we were given the room we booked all at 1am after 24hrs travelling. Dirty bathroom with previous occupants socks in it , no towels. Looked like someone had used for late check out and shower. No apology or check if we were happy with the room once cleaned. Other than this initial problem we loved the hotel

Close to the riverside.

Cons:

It is very dated.
The swimming pool was not clean. The water quality was cloudy.
We were advised that the pool maintenance people had been contacted.
This is unacceptable considering that the pool has been in use for many years. It could have been a health hazard.

the whole place needs maintance in the rooms I used . Broken aircon or poor aircon.
Sluge marks on wall / broken sinks / leaking toilet dirty amenities./tv sceen damaged buckled
Hated the add on prices sales /service-a poor attempt to trick people. Just add it on to stasting price, Other places do this.

Ubicación excelente. Atención del personal muy bueno. Habitación muy cómoda. Piscina espectacular. Desayuno bueno no es malo pero podría ser mejor (lo peor el jugo ... debe ser natural). Excelente relación precio calidad

Ducha ... si sos alto no es tan cómoda. Pero nada grave igual te bañas bien.

Cons:

Des taches sur les draps et sur les serviettes, même après un changement de chambre. Tout est vieux et sale, les moquettes ne sont pas aspirées, le mobilier est abîmé, le frigo du minibar est vide et plein d’eau, etc etc etc. Une catastrophe.
