Todo estuvo muy rico, los tipos de huevos, chilaquiles....cafe, todo muy rico la chef del lunes Yadira

El tema del estacionamento...muy bien, solo que si ustedes ofrecen la cortesia...pienso que no es necesario validarlo en los cajeros....de alli en fuera esta muy bien

Su conexión con la plaza es excelente, buenas amenidades (a pesar no haber alberca) y su desayuno aceptable al ser buffet y huevos al gusto.

Cons:

No hay closeth, por lo que la ropa queda totalmente expuesta.
El aire acondicionado no enfriaba.
La caja fuerte cierra pero está suelta.
Se me quedó un pantalón del traje, el cual me dijeron que no lo vieron, solo un sombrero que dejamos.
Solicité early check in y no lo respetaron.

Pros:

Hotel con instalaciones de lujo, excelente para descansar y entretenerte, completamente recomendable. Muy buena atención por parte del personal del restaurante y de recepción. Desayuno y bebidas deliciosas

Cons:

El personal de limpieza sólo trabaja por la mañana, si a esa hora estás descansando no limpian la habitación aunque salgas por la tarde o noche y dejes el colgante en la puerta solicitando que lo hagan. En tres noches que estuve hospedado no limpiaron mi habitación.

Ubicación y comedor en terraza.

Cons:

La actitud poco cortés de una Dama que nos atendió: no le pregunté por la receta de la sopa, sino de si contenía crema/mantequilla...(alérgenos)... Uno de sus compañeros resolvió contestando de manera amable y correcta: Felicitaciones.

Pésimo servicio a mi salida

Desayuno normal, nada diferente a los deás

Cons:

Al intentar salir el boleto del estacionamiento no funcionaba, intenté solicitar ayuda en interfon y nadie respodió, volví a recepción y la respuesta fue "el estacionamiento no es del hotel, siga intentando hasta que le respondan", al final tuve que pagar... eso terminó haciendo que la estancia se fuera a la basura...
