Airconditioning did not work on a hot +30 degree day. Very warm at night.

Pros:

Lindo hotel e bom café da manhã.

Cons:

Ar condicionado que não funcionou. Liguei para a recepção que não resolveu. No quarto ao lado estava o meu cunhado que sofreu também com o calor do quarto. O ar condicionado não funcionou.

Avoid Superior Room #67 on the 4th floor if You Value Sleep
Pros:

The only real positives of this hotel are its location in Cortona and the views from some of the rooms.
We booked a Superior Room (#67) for two with a countryside view, but there was nothing particularly special about the room itself to justify the category. Unfortunately, our room was directly below the breakfast room, and every morning starting around 6:00 AM there was significant noise from above—especially chairs being dragged across the floor—which continued until nearly 10:00 AM and made sleeping in impossible. Stay away from the 4th floor!
Additionally, another couple in our party had confirmed reserved parking before arrival but were informed upon check-in that parking was no longer available, which was disappointing and inconvenient.
Overall, while the location is excellent, the noise issues and parking experience made the stay fall short of expectations.

Excelente ubicación, en las puertas prácticamente del casco histórico. Las vistas increíbles de la Toscana. Para ir en coche bien, hay un estacionamiento muy grande abajo muy práctico , es de Pago y no depende del hotel

Hotel confortável e com ótima localização.
Pros:

O café da manhã era bom.
A localização era muita boa com fácil acesso aos pontos turísticos de interesse.
O hotel é muito bonito e recém reformado.

Cons:

O café da manhã poderia manter a colocação de vegetais, todos os dias, pois tomate só havia no primeiro dia da nossa estadia.
O quarto tinha passagem de esgoto por sobre a cama e que gerava um barulho.

For where it was the service was basic at best.
Pros:

Location was perfect, town and views

Cons:

The smell of sewage on most floors and not very obliging staff when asked for basic things. The meal at the restaurant was the worse one for our entire 3 week stay in France and Italy.

La struttura è centrale (l’unica cosa che salvo della mia esperienza )

Cons:

La camera antiquata! Carta da parati staccata , bagno senza prese , canaline per impianto elettrico con fili fuori e visibili, letti singoli uniti tra l’altro senza una struttura sotto ma solo due reti unite, colazione pessima abbiamo preso pane burro e marmellata quest ultima acida ,ciotoline sporche messe in uso ,poca scelta e nulla di veramente espresso
