Nothing, the staff is rude and misbehaves a lot. Not just with us. We observed the staff having a very rude conversation with one South Indian family too
Everything, they charged me 1,19,000 for a week long stay. I stayed only 1 night and they refused to refund for the reminder of the nights. Booking.com confirmed they had no issue in processing the refund. The greedy management still didn’t processed the refund.

A good location near Dal gate. Near by market has ATM`s , Restaurants and other consumables easily available. Restaurant at hotel is good.
Rooms can be better managed, like daily refilling consumed soaps, vanity`s, Tata play expiry, electrical tripping issues for geyser, fridge etc. Although solved after feedback.
