Pros:

Very friendly attentive staff
Lovely large comfortable room.
We went for cheap and cheerful as only needed a bed for the night no thrills. But OMG wish we had scheduled more time to just be in the room as was so lovely. The breakfast was equally unexpectedly good. Such variety of food and we'll presented and tasty. Will definitely stay again

A very convenient hotel within walking distance from town.
Pros:

Very close to all amenities, just a short walk to the centre on town. Most important a free car park on site.

Cons:

The shower in the room had very little water pressure and the bathroom needed some type of storage/shelving.

Pros:

I’ve stayed several times and always prebook a QUIET room but when I arrive they never seem to have knowledge of specific requests

Cons:

Some of the rooms are facing a very busy ring road
No hairdryer and dodgy remote control and badly tuned TV

Loved it. Will stay again.
Pros:

Very unique and historic. We stayed in room 10 in the coach house. The windows were very cool and you could see how they have restored them. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet

Excellent city centre location with free parking.
Pros:

I thought this was a good 3* hotel. Quirky with character. Free parking which is great so close to the city centre but please note, parking is not guaranteed. Walking distance to city centre was the main reason I chose this. Bedroom was good size. Breakfast was a good continental breakfast - nothing fancy but perfectly adequate and plenty of choice. Plenty of restaurants, cathedral, shops etc. within walking distance. Try the cat café! Hotel was fully booked yet noise from within was very low. Clean, no fuss hotel.

Cons:

View was not great - were overlooking the roundabout but traffic noise levels were fine (double-glazed windows help). Plus, this was expected so close to the city centre. Unable to open windows (need repair) but since we weren't there in the summer, not a big issue. Light above mirror in bathroom not working. If I am being really picky - mattress was too hard for me but everyone is different.

Gemütlich
Pros:

Gemütliches, altes Gebäude, direkt an der Stadtmauer gelegen. Fußläufig zu Innenstadt und Kathedrale.
Ausstattung ausreichend, Einrichtung typisch englisch 😉
