Great location, 5-10 mins from Canterbury centre.
Friendly staff, very helpful.

Cons:

TV in our room wasn't working. Staff got someone to look at it very quickly, worked for one evening but then was stuck on one channel.

Heating in the room was really good

Cons:

I requested a room with a bath and shower over it hotel replied by email confirming that would be possible but on arrival we only had a shower which didn't have a lot of pressure, they did try to change our room but they were fully booked so it wasn't possible, the bed was quite hard and tv on the wall up high was really tiny.

Wer eine einfache,saubere und zentrale Unterkunft sucht,ist hier gut aufgehoben.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen und man ist schnell in der Stadt.Die Zimmer sind einfach und sehr sauber.Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und umfangreich.Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Alles in allem ein sehr gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.

不能算Hotel，就是一个民宿。整体中规中矩，价格偏高，性价比不算理想。另外，支付方面，如果预订时已经支付了，记得保存好凭证，当心到店时再次被收费，
Pros:

地理位置很不错，离Canterbury east车站很近，房间也比较大，暧气也开了。

Cons:

早餐太简单，连个鸡蛋也没有。
最令人不可思议的是，CHECK IN时，前台直接让我付款，其实在Booking上预订时已全额支付，对方让我出示支付凭证，她自己根本不确认，就是在诈我。

Convenient location, very good value and free carpark.
Pros:

Hotel easy to find and parking great. Very convenient location for walking to the main attractions. On arrival we asked for a quiet room and the gentleman on reception very helpfully moved us to a quiet spacious room at the back of the hotel overlooking the carpark.

Cons:

The room serving the continental breakfast ( a good selection) is too small and cluttered when the hotel is full at the weekend and so you are constantly trying to avoid people or squeeze round chairs when collecting food or hot drinks.
