Great convenient staff were friendly helped me with bedding and great location.
Pros:

The location and parking for this hotel is great your car is parked less than 10 yards from the hotel front door and walking distance in to town which is unusual and a very nice feature for a city centre hotel.

Cons:

The continental breakfast is good but it would be better to have a cooked breakfast and or buffet option.

A lovely stay
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location with the bonus of onsite parking. We had a comfortable room.
The included continental breakfast was plentiful and set us up for the day.

Cons:

Everything is a little old fashioned but that adds to the charm. Our room was huge, comfy, warm and clean - what's not to like?

Great location, 5-10 mins from Canterbury centre.
Friendly staff, very helpful.

Cons:

TV in our room wasn't working. Staff got someone to look at it very quickly, worked for one evening but then was stuck on one channel.

Pros:

Location was brilliant
Staff were very friendly
Breakfast was good for just continental
Heating in the room was really good

Cons:

I requested a room with a bath and shower over it hotel replied by email confirming that would be possible but on arrival we only had a shower which didn't have a lot of pressure, they did try to change our room but they were fully booked so it wasn't possible, the bed was quite hard and tv on the wall up high was really tiny.
