Wer eine einfache,saubere und zentrale Unterkunft sucht,ist hier gut aufgehoben.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen und man ist schnell in der Stadt.Die Zimmer sind einfach und sehr sauber.Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und umfangreich.Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Alles in allem ein sehr gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.

We booked the family room and it was large and comfortable. Plenty of room for four people and luggage. High ceilings, huge bay windows, fireplace. Great location

Convenient location, very good value and free carpark.
Pros:

Hotel easy to find and parking great. Very convenient location for walking to the main attractions. On arrival we asked for a quiet room and the gentleman on reception very helpfully moved us to a quiet spacious room at the back of the hotel overlooking the carpark.

Cons:

The room serving the continental breakfast ( a good selection) is too small and cluttered when the hotel is full at the weekend and so you are constantly trying to avoid people or squeeze round chairs when collecting food or hot drinks.

不能算Hotel，就是一个民宿。整体中规中矩，价格偏高，性价比不算理想。另外，支付方面，如果预订时已经支付了，记得保存好凭证，当心到店时再次被收费，
Pros:

地理位置很不错，离Canterbury east车站很近，房间也比较大，暧气也开了。

Cons:

早餐太简单，连个鸡蛋也没有。
最令人不可思议的是，CHECK IN时，前台直接让我付款，其实在Booking上预订时已全额支付，对方让我出示支付凭证，她自己根本不确认，就是在诈我。

What a disappointing experience, particularly regarding the hotel’s parking management.
Cons:

Despite the hotel stating that parking is free, and our car being registered and explicitly approved by reception staff, we received a £100 Parking Charge Notice one month after our stay for parking in the hotel car park during that visit.

We contacted the hotel immediately, but were told they could not do anything about it. The hotel neither cancelled the charge nor provided any support for our appeal with their parking management company, even though the situation arose from guidance given by their own staff.

As a result, we were forced to pay the charge ourselves. What should have been a straightforward stay became unnecessarily expensive and very unpleasant due to the hotel’s poor handling of the situation.

Future guests should be very cautious about parking!!!

Pros:

应该是旧时的豪宅改建的，就在古城堡的城墙边上，一座小小的老洋房。步行到镇中心也就十几二十分钟，地段算是非常不错的了。老板（看起来像是老板）是个看起来非常绅士的老先生，因为停车场不大，我们抵达的时候车几乎停满了，老人家跑前跑后地为我们腾车位。房间里保留了不少房屋曾经的装修和设施，很有年代感。我们住的家庭房估计曾经是这栋房子的一间主卧，面积不小，环形落地窗，还有壁炉，让人忍不住对这里曾经的主人产生了几分好奇。

Cons:

房间面向马路，而且临环岛，车来车往很繁忙，噪音不小，而且窗户隔音不太好，睡眠浅的人可能会受较大的影响。
