Excellent hotel, great location, good food and exceptional staff
Pros:

Very clean and modern, large bedroom, good choice of food and excellent service from all the staff

Cons:

Luxury in a beautiful location. Very relaxing
Pros:

Juan on reception was very helpful and swapped my room when I requested. Food was great. Everything spotless. There were not loads of rules which made the atmosphere comfortable. Beautiful sea view. Huge room and balcony. Lovely pool. Location right on beach. Stroll to Morro Jable village. Half hour walk on beach to lighthouse. It’s a big hotel but still felt peaceful. The weather was beautiful.

Cons:

Balcony could have done with some shade or a brolly. Had to sign in every time for wi fi. The lifts were quite slow. Fortunately I had a room on second floor so I could walk up the stairs.

Vom Zimmer aus schöne Meersicht. Zimmer gross und gut eingerichtet. Strandbar und Receptionbereich gediegen möbiliert.

Cons:

Bloß nicht individuell!
Cons:

Dieses Hotel ist nur darauf ausgelegt, dass sich die Gäste im Hotel aufhalten. Sobald man individueller wird, kommt das Hotel schnell an seine Grenzen. So kann man die Sauna nur bis 18 Uhr benutzen. Gerade im „Winter“ nutzen wir den Tag bis zum letzen Sonnenstrahl. Und wenn man dann vor dem Essen um 18:30 oder 19 Uhr noch mal in die Sauna möchte, ist dies nicht möglich. Wir gehen in der Regel nie vor 20 Uhr essen.

Cons:

Quizas para conseguir la perfección máxima una botella de agua mineral diaria en la habiitacion y mejorar el servicio del ascensor, pues a la hora del desayuno y cena se acumula la espera, aunque no es un problema grande. EL HOTEL ES MAGNIFICO Y EXTRAORDINARIO EL PERSONAL . HAY QUE FELICITARLES A TODOS.

Anlage sehr schön, aber nicht perfekt
Pros:

Sehr schönes Zimmer mit Meerblick, sehr freundliche Begrüßung, Rezeption perfekt bei Fragen und Mängel im Zimmer werden sofort behoben. Frühstück und Abendessen abwechlungsreich und für jeden was dabei.

Cons:

Getränkeservice egal ob am Pool oder abends in der Bar mit sehr viel Wartezeit verbunden. Bei Nachfrage ist das Personal sehr gestresst. Bei schlechterem Wetter ist mit Wartezeiten zu rechnen um innen einen Platz im Speisesaal zu bekommen - und das Personal ist auch wieder gestresst und dadurch ist es sehr laut im Speisesaal.
Die Tische im Speisesaal sind so eng gestellt, das manchmal Tischnachbarn aufstehen müssen, damit man zum Büffet kann.
Das Reinigungspersonal in den Gängen unterhält sich sehr laut und mann wird wach davon. Reinigungs- und Wartungsarbeiten auf den Terrassen sollten vorher angekündigt werden, damit man nicht erschrickt wenn man in der früh aufwacht und und die Terrasse halb nackt betritt und den ganzen Tag von den Arbeiten beeinträchtigt ist. Man bucht Meerblick nicht um auf Arbeiter zu schauen.

We had a great stay here. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was excellent. The location was super being right opposite beach.

Cons:

There was nowhere to refill your own water bottle. You had to buy bottled water.
