The wedding rooms where large
It was freezing in the reception rooms downstairs.
Very overpriced. £215 for a Monday night double room with a push in camp bed for a third adult. Extortion.
Beautiful property, room was clean and bed was really comfortable. Pillows were lovely too. Staff were amazing couldn’t do enough for you..
The rooms were of a high standard but the noise you could hear from outside your door even people walking but reminded me even being in a student house back in the day.. kind of felt like you had to privacy to even talk as someone would hear from outside the door and the breakfast wasn’t great .. although we stayed here for a wedding and the food at the wedding was amazing and was expecting same quality for breakfast but was left disappointed. Would still stay again though, wouldn’t put me off staying again though
The location was lovely
The breakfast was terrible , we went down at breakfast time and I was unable to get full breakfast the serving dishes were empty ,

Near lift very cold and a musty smell, dampness, otherwise brilliant, a lovely homely amstophere.
From the minute we stepped inside the hotel we noticed the lovely great smelling flowers on the centre table. The receptionist, Sinead was very welcoming to us and easy to chat with.
We called into the bar/restaurant for a wee Guinness and g&t.very pleasant bar attendant Ashlay who was easy to chat with also.
We were attending a function that evening with lovely hot , delicious chicken dinner and dessert.
Everyone admired the waiting staff serving very quickly and everyone at the same table together.
A very enjoyable time spent in Millbrook Lodge and will return.
