Great location at Sunshine Beach with water views
Pros:

We are regular January visitors to this Sunshine Beach property....have stayed in various units. Location is the main reason - opp surf beach. In the penthouse this time - best sea and headland views. Near surf club and local cafes. January weather can be variable and was rainy this time. But the appt has a good lower balcony and a lovely terrace up top for sunny days. Leather sofas in main room OK. Kitchen has essentials and shower decent.

Cons:

The paint job, flooring and carpets are beginning to look like they might need attention soon, especially for the higher penthouse rate.

Stingy on towels...one hand towel for 3 days. Def stingy on loo roll. Have to take or buy. Only a double bed, not queen.
