Great value for money, in all respects
Pros:

Breakfast options were good. It would be better if options are widened. If done so, it will be like icing on the cake. The choices of different communities and nationalities if the guests in the Hotel to be considered, for selection of breakfast varieties.

Cons:

It's nothing, which was disliked. In fact staying in this hotel was giving a feeling as if youvare dwelling in a botanical garden, during Spring time.

We had a wonderful time at the Mirage. The staff was helpful and the rooms were excellent.
Pros:

The breakfast was hot and fresh. And the location was good too. It is a nice walk to many places, including the Dal Lake. We booked a family room; we got a room with two comfortable beds, a TV and a bathroom. The owners are always around making sure that things run smoothly. Overall, a truly beautiful experience.

I asked for a taxi for a short-term drive they brought a driver for the full day, at double the cost I have paid the previous day. I spent half an hour trying to pay with my credit card, their system wasn't operational.

Delightful stay at the green and lush and perfectly located Hotel Mirage.
Pros:

We had a lovely 3 night stay at Mirage. Mr Zulfi and all the staff were just the best.. courteous polite ready with a smile to help. It’s a beautiful property with greenery all around. Located in the posh colony of Raj Bagh.

Nothing not to like.

It was a great discovery; had a high quality stay at reasonable price.
Pros:

The hotel is situated at a very good location in the city. It's personal home converted into a small hotel; so it's very nice and cozy and has a personal touch. The rooms are quite big and beautifully decorated. The food is very good. The room rent is reasonable for the quality what you get. Overall very good experience.

Cons:

It's a three storied property. If you've senior citizens with walking issues, then higher floors can be problematic.

Best stay in kashmir, we stayed in gulmarg and pahalgam aswell.
Pros:

Everything about the hotel was great. Amazing heating system with helpful and friendly staff. Special thanks to each and everyone of the hotel. Food was amazing and Tasty food in ala carte menu. the property was in a very peaceful area. Rooms were super clean with a huuuuge and clean toilet with good heating and hot water. We got an upgrade for a suite. Definitely coming back if we are traveling to Srinagar! Thank you so much zulfi sir and team.

Food spread was with less variety but tasty food.
