truly lovely garden setting with well appointed rooms in a great location.
Pros:

The setting and the hospitality made this a perfect spot to park for a while -- I felt at home, I felt safe, and I loved that the entire surroundings were green and welcoming. There were plenty of places to get some quiet time, recharge, and also work uninterrupted

Cons:

I was asked to pay an advance only after I called them to confirm my booking -- something I was happy to do. If there was an email through booking.com I missed it. I'm glad I called, I would have hated to reach and find my booking didn't stand.

A reasonably good stay for the price
Pros:

The hotel has a good location, not very far from Jhelum banks and the main city attractions. The hotel is not directly on a main wide road but just some 40-50 metres away through a narrow-ish connecting road (a big car may need a bit of back-and-forth to take the right turn leading into the property). The property is nestled in a quite, clean and green man-made vegetation with lots of rose and other flower creepers which add some extra points to the credit of the property. Don't expect five-star level maintenance to the buildings, but the upkeep is reasonably good and offers good bang for the buck. The rooms are very spacious although the switches, furnishings and the general upkeep are not top-notch. The breakfast spread was not mind blowing but whatever was on the table was quite tasty. Expect Indian style breakfast (paranthas, poha, upma, desi style omlette, some 1-2 fruits, tea/coffee and some biscuits and bakery items). Overall, a decent experience but excellent value for money.

Cons:

The bathroom in my room was smelly, wet and underwhelming. This definitely needs an upgrade.

I would luv to stay here again and also have recommended this place tomy friends and colleagues.
Pros:

Location was excellent! Pretty close to central area. Breakfast was carefully planned and executed, having touch of the lady who is owner of the hotel. Food was nice. Cookies were good enough to spoil anyone! Excellent place to be. Would definitely go there again.

Cons:

The oil used for omlettes . Rest all was excellent!
