Cons:

The room was very dusty. There was a constant ticking noise we couldn’t locate.
They only supplied 3 towels on the first night and 2 on the second when we had 4 people staying in the room and it took three calls to the service desk to have more delivered

Impressed by the hotel staff but very unimpressed with the property itself.
Pros:

Good location. Easy access. Heavenly beds. Heavenly toiletries.

Cons:

Very old building with poor infrastructure. Elevators broke down and guests had to take the stairs. But lights went out when guests were in stairwells. Also reading lights did not work in the bed frames.
