Exceptional stay with a beautiful family room.
Pros:

We had such a wonderful stay at Pullman Phuket Arcadia Naithon Beach. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and looked after.

We were greeted by the most beautiful, warm member of staff Hukwang who immediately made us feel at home. That first impression really set the tone for our entire stay — the service throughout the resort was exceptional.

A very special mention has to go to Andy as well, the breakfast chef. He was absolutely wonderful! So friendly, attentive and always happy to help. Breakfast became something we looked forward to each morning, not only because the food was amazing, but because of the lovely service and atmosphere. The general manager Brett was extremely helpful and friendly providing us information for the next part.

The resort itself is stunning. The rooms are beautiful, spacious and incredibly comfortable for our family of four, the views are breathtaking, and the whole property feels luxurious while still being relaxed and welcoming. Naithon Beach is gorgeous, and we loved being able to enjoy such a peaceful location while still having everything we needed at the resort.

What really stood out to us, though, were the people. The staff made our stay feel special rather than simply being another hotel holiday. Those little personal touches make such a difference.

Cons:

We recommend your own transport or day trips from the hotel of your choice wanted to go out. It’s beautiful but secluded.

離海灘很近，接駁服務非常方便，海灘又少人又美，很乾淨的沙灘，是很細、乾淨、可以直接踩的沙子，位置離機場近，很適合旅者

Un vrai hôtel 5 étoiles dans un cadre sublime
Pros:

Vue incroyable, service aux petits soins. Tout est parfait dans les moindres détails. Massage, cocktails gratuits au bord de la piscine.
Serviettes et sacs de plage de grande qualité. Menage très bien fait et petits animaux fabriqués grâce aux serviettes. Les piscines sont splendides. Petit déjeuner très fourni et varié (bar à jus, pancakes à la banane). Le meilleur hôtel que nous que nous avons fait en Thaïlande (et ailleurs).

Понравилось абсолютно все! Шикарные виды на всей территории отеля. Завтраки на свежем воздухе с видом на море, питание. Огромная территория и у нас был самый дальний домик от лобби, мы ходили каждый день пешком то в горку, то с горки. Но именно это нам и надо было) чтобы растрясти вкусные завтраки. По вечерам живая музыка. Рядом с отелем много ресторанчиков и массажных салонов по очень дешевым ценам.

الترتيب الديكور جممميل جد والمسبح والجلسات روعه،، قريب للمطار وعنده سوبر ماركت روعه 24 ساعه ومطاعم بالخارج وممتاز للاسترخى سباحه وجلسات … وعندهم خدمه الصرف تحاسب بالمشين ويعطونك كاش

الموظفين لم يخبروني ان المني بار فري بالغرفه ولم يخبروني بالاماكن القريب من المنتجع طلبت منهم الذهاب لبحر بنانا قالو بعيد وبالتاكسي وللاسف توقعته بعيد جدا واهو 10 دقايق او اقل عن المنتجع ،، ايضا اكبر مشكله الفطور لكل غرفه المفترض لشخصين بالغين انا دفعت مبلغ 800 ريال للشخصين لغرفتين لمده 4 ايام ولم يقبلو تسجيل الفطور باسم غرفه واحد وادخل شخصين بالغين فقط.. واغلاق المطاعم مبكر جدا ولا يوجود اي فعاليات بالليل ولا حتى لونج
