Pros:

Zimmer wunderschön. Sehr bequemes Bett und schön eingerichtet. Lage direkt an der Promenade dazwischen zwar eine Straße hat aber nicht gestört.

Cons:

Wartezeit und Auswahl des Frühstücks.

Wonderfully comfortable with stunning views
Pros:

The sea view was stunning. The room was beautifully cool with air conditioning even in a heatwave. I loved the in room bath and the toiletries smelled like a spa. Everything about the room was so comfortable, I didn't want to leave the room. All the staff were friendly.

Cons:

My only negative comment was the breakfast was a little underwhelming. I would definitely stay again in future but with so many breakfast options in Brighton I might choose to eat out next time.

Pros:

alles prima, gegeven de boeking; ontbijt was lekker en echt goed (custom made) Ligging a/d kust vlakbij centrum ook prima! Personeel vriendelijk

Cons:

1 minpunt;mooie desing badkamer, maar niet praktisch; sta met scheerschuimhanden en wil de ' design' draaiknoppen aanzetten......' halve' badkamer onder het schuim, glijden weg, geen water.....Gewoon een watertoevoer met een palletje...that's all

Comfortable and enjoyable stay with lovely staff
Pros:

Quiet and a pleasant walk to the pier lanes and main town
Beds were really comfortable
It is clean and the staff are so friendly

Cons:

No lift so if stairs are a challenge ask for a lower floor

really exceeded expectations, a little gem!
Pros:

Liked the position of the Hotel, right opposite the beach, but a little way away from the huge Brighton Pier, which was easily walkable to. The room we had overlooked the sea, small, but very clean and had everything we needed. Bed was very comfy, slept well, despite a busy road. Lovely touches like milk and shortbread biscuits in the room. Good products, shampoo, conditioner, body wash etc. nice towels. Delicious breakfast, with excellent choice. No help yourself buffet which i dislike. Everything freshly cooked for you. Could not fault this hotel, will definitely book again.

Cons:

Ok this is difficult, as the location is so good, right on the seafront, they have limited parking, and what they do have is expensive £25 per day. But parking in Brighton is a nightmare anyway, so it’s good they do offer some parking. The only other very small niggle, was the bathroom didnt have a magnifier mirror, which I personally like to put make-up on. But its a very minor point, and didnt detract from a lovely stay.
