Pay for the location and views, don’t expect a large room.
Pros:

Absolutely fantastic location, great views, kind and friendly staff.

Cons:

Stairs to the top floor difficult. Size of the room and amenities considering the price weren’t amazing.

Pros:

Loved the decor of the room! and the view from the seaview window to the pier!

Cons:

It’s not a “didn’t like”, but unfortunately my partner reacted quite badly to whatever the robe/bedding had been washed in, as she has quite sensitive skin.

Perfect location, gorgeous boutique hotel oozing style. Just be aware of the many stairs.
Pros:

Amazing view from the balcony. Stylish furnishings & modern bathroom. Very friendly, helpful staff.

Cons:

Room was on the fourth floor with lots of steps & no lift. Not the easiest access to the balcony which was through a window via a pull out step.

Hotel perfetto per una vacanza perfetta.
Pros:

Hotel a due passi dal mare. A due passi dal centro e dalle principali attrazioni. Camera confortevole. Tutto lo staff è stato eccezionale, cortese e competente. Sin dal primo momento col check-in fino alla colazione (tra l’altro buonissima). Sicuramente ritorneremo qua.

Niente. Soggiorno perfetto.

Brighton gem
Pros:

The location is absolutely brilliant, right on the seafront with gorgeous views of the beach and the Pier. The staff are super friendly and helpful, and even when all the guests seemed to arrive simultaneously for breakfast they remained calm and welcoming.
The room was small but well equipped, with easy to operate air con (not always a given!), generous tea and coffee, fresh milk and even homemade biscuits. There were particularly generous quantities of lovely "free range" toiletries, another big tick. Our room had original shutters rather than blinds, a nice period detail.
There are so many restaurants close by, and the Kemp Town area, a short walk away, is really worth exploring.

Cons:

As a classic period property in a prime location our room didn't have double glazing so we were aware of the traffic noise.
Perhaps consider bringing earplugs if this is an issue. There are quite a lot of stairs to climb to reach the upper floors, but again offset by the beautiful period staircase.
