Pros:

Location and bed

Cons:

One of elevator closiest to room didn't go to room from 1st floor. Had to walk down long hallway on first floor take elevator up to the 4th floor and walk back down the long hallway to the room that I was saying in. There are also was a smell in the room like a musk that made us uncomfortable. The shower head had a leak in it it was spraying the wall.

It was very peaceful my nieces and I enjoyed the stay and whenever we are in town we will book here.
Pros:

I loved the view, and the fact the location was near fast food restaurants a grocery stores gas stations that was so convenient! The staff were really nice and helpful.

Cons:

There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like about the property. The only thing that I can say that I didn’t really like was the traffic getting out of the parking lot other than that everything was awesome.

Pros:

Th location was great. The room size met our needs as we were traveling with our dog. Staff was nice, especially Teresa.

Cons:

There was an internet problem in the area. Not necessarily the hotel's fault. The elevators were having issues. They got one fixed, and it broke again. They were having trouble getting technicians to keep appointments to come back to fix them. Still, our stay was ok.

Location was good and it was clean

Cons:

Lots of rust on hardware, hole in tub, stove didn't work, no oven (said full kitchen), limited cookware, staff was marginal, elevator broken for part of stay, no ac in hallways or elevator.

A wonderful stay
Pros:

It was within a 15 minute drive to my family. It has a cute outdoor seating area and it was quiet.

Gave away my room after 6+hour drive. Called ahead of time to make sure this didn’t happen
Cons:

I called the hotel to let them know I would not arrive from Maryland until 6am. They said that it was no problem and that they’d make a notation so that I was not no-showed. Well, I was no-showed and my room was given away after a 6+ hour drive. The only room they had they admitted smelled like pee but offered it.

Not too expensive and good enough sleep

The exercise room

Cons:

My door didn’t latch under its own weight you had to make sure to pull it shut because it had a catch in it. Also the shower valve was finicky did get it figured out but at first it was too hot and I couldn’t get it turned down to take an enjoyable shower. Also the 4th floor hallway smelled mainly due to no air circulation no air in the hallway on the 4th floor and the elevator smelled bad too

Convenient with pets not a 4 star stay. Won’t be there again
Pros:

It was very pet friendly and the staff worked well with us when we brought problems to them

Cons:

Lots of damage throughout the room from past guests like the door being damaged the coffee table being damaged (staff fixed once I talked to them) the walls are all dirty and the mattress looked like it had mold on it and was dirty etc. at least for the pet rooms it seems there is no care to take care of the rooms
