Pros:

La struttura è dietro al duomo comodo per la parte storica e alla città sotterranea , è al primo piano completamente ristrutturata ed era una vecchia locanda già con le camere per ospitare i viandanti.

Cons:

La posizione, la pulizia, e la cortesia del personale sia verso di noi sia le attenzioni verso il nostro amico a quattro zampe che non è da tutti.

Die Hälfte des Personals ist freundlich. Die Lage ist gut.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Das Frühstück ist dürftig und wird zudem mit Verspätung aufgedeckt. Die Hälfte des Personals ist unfreundlich. 10 EUR zusätzl. für einen Parkplatz, den man nur über Umwege erreicht, ist zuviel. 4 Schlüssel für den Hotelzugang sind sperrig mühsam. Die Lavabos haben keinen Abflussdeckel (auch im Ersatzzimmer), die kleinen Seifen fallen (scheinbar regelmässig) hinein und verstopfen den Abfluss. Bei 90 EUR pro Nacht ist das nicht akzeptabel. Die Fensterläden in meinem Badezimmer öffnen nicht, und die Matratzen sind unbequem hart. Ausführlichere Infos vom Hotelpersonal zu Aktivitäten wären wünschenswert.
