Kamer was zijn geld niet waard
Pros:

+Het hotel is gelegen op de fietsroutes.
+Een mooi pand met leuke binnenkoer.
+Er is een ruimte als fietsstalling voorzien binnen in het hotel.
+Het eten (diner) was verzorgd en lekker
( ravioli, schnitzel, dame blanche, koffie met versnaperingen)
+ goed en groot bed

Cons:

- onze kamer was zijn geld NIETwaard (127,50€)
we keken tegen een muur met bovenaan, 2m hoog, kleine raampjes. We leken wel opgesloten.
- aan het plafond geen lampen en onafgewerkt(zie foto)
- badkamer verouderd, handdoek rekje stuk, haardroger werkte niet
- geen airco, enkel ventilator
Van de binnenkoer achteraan kon iets moois gemaakt worden, maar lag er maar triestig bij, kapotte potten met uitgedroogde planten, rommel, ....
We hoeven geen super deluxe, maar deze kamer
(nr 4) was echt geen 127,5 euro waard

Een plaats waar we zeker terug komen.
Pros:

Prachtige ligging, mooie aantrekkelijke accomodatie, vriendelijk personeel. Zeer goed ontbijt.

Cons:

Het eten voldeed niet aan de verwachtingen.
De gelijkvloerse kamer had alleen een bovenaan zodat we niet naar buiten konden kijken. Volgende keer kiezen we zeker voor een kamer met voldoende licht.

On the whole an excellent choice on our behalf.
Pros:

Very friendly, professional, clean. Computerised door keys very efficient. Leaving, paying system easy.

Cons:

A towl rail in the bathroom and an extra shelf in the shower for personal items.

Ondanks tijdige boeking kregen we 2 kamers met uitzicht op een muur en enkel met bovenaan een klein raam. De ene kamer rook fel naar ammoniac, de andere had een 15-tal vliegjes in het bad.

Eén kamer werd geruild naar een kamer met uitzicht, maar waar verlichting nodig was. In de ondergrondse kamer met de vliegjes hebben we die zelf verwijderd.

Beide waren warme kamers met enkel een kleine ventilator.

We hadden tijdig per e-mail gevraagd of we konden dineren en kregen een negatief antwoord. Daags voordien kregen we het standaard antwoord dat het wel zou kunnen.

Sfeervol hotel met modern comfort
Pros:

Vriendelijk personeel. En een gezellige courtyard waar je kon eten. Ik had een comfort kamer, maar dat maakte voor het comfort niet uit, de andere kamers waren ook ruim en mooi. Ontbijt kost hetzelfde als bij vd Valk, maar is wel een stuk minder.
