Pros:

L’accoglienza, la tranquillità e la pulizia dello chalet.
Ottimi anche i servizi ( cena in camera ) e la struttura offre una zona relax perfetta ( piscina idromassaggio e spa)
La colazione squisita.
Il prezzo è decisamente ben rapportato alla qualità del servizio!

Breathtakingly convenient and best hospitality I have ever experienced when staying abroad!
Pros:

There is too much to say and not enough space in here to say it all! The rooms are gorgeous, clean and spacious and the chalet as a whole is spotless and full of amenities that will blow you away when paired with the unique and breathtaking views and landscapes. Indoor pool, saunas, massage chairs as well as a scenic outdoor hot tub the list goes on! Not to mention the dining area and honesty bar that really just make every square inch of this place a no brainer for anyone visiting the area

Pros:

Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Man konnte es einen Tag im Voraus selbst auswählen. Das Essen wurde dann auf einer Etagere gebracht. Wir haben im Garten gefrühstückt. Aussicht ein Traum.
Komfort super. Wir hatten einen Pool nur für unsere Familie. Die Suite war angenehm groß.
Zudem gab es einen Spabereich mit Sauna, Innenpool und Außenwhirlpool für alle Gäste.
Alles war sehr sauber. Man war für sich, kein Lärm, so dass man einfach die Ruhe genießen konnte.
Die Gastgeberin war sehr zuvorkommend. Jederzeit ein offenes Ohr und sie hat uns gute Ausflugstipps gegeben.

Cons:

Der Preis ist schon nicht ohne. Aber dafür bekommt man auch was geboten. Zudem "erkauft" man sich damit auch seine Ruhe. Daher wäre das Meckern auf sehr hohem Niveau!

Die Suits sind geräumig und wunderschön eingerichtet. Der Wellnessbereich ist toll ausgestattet und sauber. Der Service war außergewöhnlich. Rundum perfekt!

Cons:

Leider war der Weg in die Stadt nur mit dem Auto zu erreichen.

​From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm and lovely welcome by Alexandra. The exceptional service throughout our entire stay made us feel incredibly comfortable and at home. Our room was not only spacious and cozy but also offered a breathtaking view from the balcony. We found the hotel facilities to be perfect for both getting some work done and unwinding. While the location is a bit off the beaten path, the effort to get there is absolutely worth it. It's a quiet, secluded, and very romantic getaway.

Cons:

Einzige Mankos - es gab keinen Out-Door-Pool und es war wirklich seehr abgelegen (ca. 10 Min bis Oberbozen mit dem Auto)
