Pros:

Wir haben nach einer Möglichkeit gesucht, dem Hund eine ruhige Umgebung für Silvester zu bieten und für uns Wellness und gutes Essen..Unsere Erwartungen wurden absolut erfüllt und sogar übertroffen.
Das Zimmer war sauber, groß und schön. Die Ausstattung lies keine Wünsche offen. Es gab Bademäntel für den Spa Bereich. Dieser ist einfach toll.
Das Essen im Restaurant war gut, das Frühstück hervorragend. Eine wirklich große Auswahl inkl. Live Cocking.
Wir haben für Silvester direkt wieder gebucht.

Cons:

Keinerlei Beanstandungen. Im Gegenteil, sogar verlängerte Frühstückszeiten und kostenloser späterer Checkout.

Pros:

Sehr schön eingerichtete und saubere Zimmer. Die Matratzen waren sehr bequem. Das Personal war überaus freundlich.
Der Spa-Bereich toll! Pool,Whirlpool und Saunabereich sehr schön...
Super Frühstücksbuffet, nichts, was es nicht gab...

Cons:

Vom Restaurant hätten wir mehr erwartet. Wir hatten 3 verschiedene Speisen und 2 Vorspeisen und alles war nicht unbedingt der Brüller...für die Preise dort enttäuschend...
Auch der Service lies zu wünschen übrig, es wurde nicht gefragt ob jemand noch was trinken wollte!

Restful and relaxing in a clean friendly environment
Pros:

The room was excellent with perfect cleanliness, comfort and style

Had a massage on the Monday from Natalia (hopefully I’ve spelt this correct) and it was 10/10 I would so recommend this service and spending time in the well maintained spa areas

Cons:

Nothing the visit was excellent and would highly recommend
