Lovely hotel but don't rely on the taxi service
Pros:

Rooms very comfortable and location is beautiful

Cons:

The pool is too warm and not really big enough to facilitate all guests during its restricted opening hours. Check out is noon, yet the pool and spa do not open until 11am which effectively makes them unavailable for departing guests. Check in is 3pm but yet again, the facilities are not open until 4.30pm. Unless one wants to partake of the buffet breakfast there is nowhere to just have a cup of coffee or a soft drink. We were assured at reception that taxis were readily available to the town center, but unfortunately this was not the case which meant we were much later than intended having our evening meal.

Pros:

La cama era muy cómoda, las sábanas muy suaves y daba gusto dormir en ella. Además, tanto la cama como la habitación eran muy amplias.

Cons:

La bañera con jacuzzi era lo que más ilusión nos hacía. Sin embargo, cuando pulsamos el botón para activar las burbujas, empezaron a salir cosas negras. Se notaba que hacía bastante tiempo que no se utilizaba o no se limpiaba correctamente. Fue una pena, porque elegimos esta habitación principalmente por el jacuzzi y al final no pudimos utilizarlo. Por este motivo, no recomendaría la habitación.

Still very good
Pros:

Qe had a junior suite and the view was wonderful

Cons:

In junior suite and the tvs were so old we couldn't even watch YouTube or Netflix. That was very disappointing!
Also the shower cap8 box was empty so I had no shower cap! I assumed the maid would notice and replace it. She didnt!

Great weekend break
Pros:

The location was amazing, views from every angle. The staff were exceptional, friendly and helpful. The spa treatments were very good value as was the restaurant and bars. The hotel was built sympathetically to the adjacent castle.

Cons:

Very minor issues, loose showered head and it took a long time for hot water to reach the bathroom.
