Das Frühstück war sehr gut und das Personal extrem freundlich.

Cons:

Die Strasse an der das Hotel liegt ist sehr stark befahren.
Die Weinpreise sind für das Veltlin extrem hoch.

Il personale molto ospitale e gentile, efficienti nelle richieste!

Cons:

Trovo scomode alcune soluzioni della camera. Dalla porta che si chiude con difficoltà (mi sono fatta male e si è rotto l’anello). La porta che si apre sul wc, l’entrata nel bagno davanti all’entrata della doccia e il lavandino fuori poteva essere ben implementata nel bagno stesso.

Everything! The service was outstanding, the staff extremely attentive and polite, the food excellent, and the rooms perfectly clean. The pre-New Year aperitif was such a lovely touch and very well organised — it made the stay feel special.
